About this property

Within an XVIIIth century family estate, with wide park planted with olive and orange trees, and 20 species of palm trees. Queen Victoria visited the estate when she staid in Hyères in the spring of 1982. Big loggia with pleasant view on the park. Private garden (picture 2). Meals possible in the loggia and in the garden. Storage room in the ground floor (for food, bikes, etc.). Guests are welcome in the 2 acre upper part of the park as well as to the tennis court. The Almanarre beach, popular with windsurfers and kytesurfers, can be reached by a 15 minutes walk. Easy shopping at a 10 minute drive.

Beau endroit

Belle demeure. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour..jolie endroit.dommage que la végétation était très sec mais c la saison. Mais sa nous a pas empêcher de apprécier se lieux. Les propriétaires sont tres a l écoute et tres dispo.ils habitent juste en dessous..

Un endroit enchanteur - An enchanted place - Ein verwunschener Ort

Un endroit enchanteur C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons chez Marc et Evelyne - ils sont d'excellents hôtes et tout est totalement simple. Leur appartement à Hyeres est un endroit merveilleux pour passer des vacances. Bien que l'appartement soit situé en plein centre d'Hyères et à quelques minutes en voiture des longues plages, il se trouve au milieu d'un immense ancien domaine. On a presque l'impression de se retrouver seul à la campagne parmi tous ces oliviers. L'ancienne maison de maître avec tous ses jardins et ses bassins est un endroit romantique et enchanteur - il faut absolument que Marc nous fasse visiter le domaine. La grande loggia couverte est un endroit idéal pour passer la journée. Ce qui nous manquera, c'est le chant constant des cigales. Un grand merci à Marc et Evelyne pour les bons moments passés. Karsten et Anya -------- This is the second time we have stayed with Marc and Evelyne - they are excellent hosts and everything is completely straightforward. The holiday flat in Hyeres is a wonderful place to spend a holiday. Although the flat is in the middle of Hyeres and only a few minutes by car from the long beaches, it is in the middle of a huge former country estate. You almost have the feeling of being all alone in the countryside among all the olive trees. The old manor house with all its gardens and water basins is an enchanted, romantic place - you should definitely ask Marc to show you around. The large, covered loggia is a wonderful place to spend the days. We will miss the constant singing of the cicadas. Many thanks to Marc and Evelyne for the wonderful time. Karsten & Anya ------- Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Male bei Marc und Evelyne - sie sind hervorragende Gastgeber und alles ist völlig unkompliziert. Die Ferienwohnung in Hyeres ist ein wunderbarer Ort, um dort Urlaub zu machen. Obwohl die Wohnung mitten in Hyeres liegt und nur wenige Autominuten von den langen Stränden entfernt, liegt sie inmitten eines riesigen ehemaligen Landgutes. Fast hat man das Gefühl, zwischen all den Olivenbäumen sich ganz alleine auf dem Land zu befinden. Das alte Herrenhaus mit all den Gartenanlagen und Wasserbecken ist ein verwunschener, romantischer Ort - man sollte sich unbedingt das Areal von Marc zeigen lassen. In der großen, überdachten Loggia kann man wunderbar die Tage verbringen. Vermissen werden wir den steten Gesang der Zikaden. Vielen Dank an Marc und Evelyne für die schöne Zeit Karsten & Anya
