Overall it was a decent rental to stay at.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were people smoking weed all around us and we could smell it every day. The rental was not very clean upon arrival. There were tumble weeds of hair and dust everywhere. When we would pull a dish from the cabinet it was always dirty. It just needs a really good deep cleaning. The location was perfect!

Excellent stay

Check in was a very easy process. They notified us it was ready early around 1:30pm. Location was perfect in front of the gulf view and we could also see the kids below in pool/spa. One of the two Elevators broke once during week but they quickly fixed; not a big deal. Furniture in rooms were not excessive. Gives you plenty of space to sprawl out. Kitchen was stocked with enough cooking gear and extra plastic containers others left behind. Beach was awesome. Master bed was a little hard, but doable for the week. Ice machine wasn’t the best in our freezer. Didn’t keep up with usage had to buy ice. No leftover spices or seasonings so bring your own. Close proximity to Old Bay Steamer restaurant. Traffic is a bit busy coming over the bridge. Local grocery store Publix is a madhouse next to the bridge. I recommend using different one down the street. But kinda what you expect of the area for vacation time. Overall, we had great time great location, great view great room.
