An Excellent 5 weeks
Thanks to Celina, Valerie & Michael for their prompt attention to any of our concerns. We stayed for 5 weeks as a couple with Poppy, our dog, and was joined by our daughter and family for six days. This property definitely worked for us. It was well equipped and close to a choice of shops and restaurants. The large garden was secure and the gated AstroTurf area was ideal for the 2 and 6 year olds to play safely. We did not use the pool or the many outdoor facilities provided. The 55” Smart TV was a hit for us and the youngsters with access to programmes and sites we all use at home. Internally, all rooms were spacious and on one level so again, safe for the children.
We would happily return. As feedback to the team, the heating (we stayed March & April) was very expensive for what was delivered and the garage provision was great but clearly needs attention.
Lastly, and unusually, there was no written guidance on the property, which would have helped.
