Appartement bien placé, bien équipé, fonctionnel et très agréable

Il s'agit d'un appartement bien placé, bien équipé, fonctionnel et très agréable. À quelques pas de la plage et la station du Tram qui va de l'aéroport de Nice jusqu'à la vieille ville. Toutes les commerces sont au pied de l'immeuble. Le parking privé est très utile, malgré le difficulté d'accès, il faut être un conducteur aguerri pour descendre le véhicule, pour nous un SUV. Carole et Philippe sont des hôtes attentifs et disponibles via la messagerie d'Abritel. Nous avons appréciés notre séjour chez eux mais nous aurions aimé avoir quelques couvertures (il n'y en avait qu'une seule pour 6 couchages !). Nous n'hésiterons pas à relouer cet appartement si on revenait à Nice, que ce dernier serait disponible et que Carole et Philippe veuillent bien nous le louer.
