Inside you will find beautifully decorated interiors and comfortable furniture. The large open kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a flat top stove. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with casual seating for 3, as well as a breakfast nook with seating for 4. The formal dining area, with seating for at least 7, is just off the open living area. The large open living area is the perfect place to relax with family and friends. Watch the big game on the big screen TV or just enjoy each other's company (all TVs are Smart TVs). If you need to check a few e-mails while you're on vacation, there is a desk for your convenience.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.
