Inserted in condominium Quinta Pedra dos Bicos, this luxury 2 bedroom apartment offers you an incredible sea views and romantic sunsets every day.It features a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious balcony with a never ending Sea View. The rooms are also very spacious featuring all the comfort and harmonious decor. One bedroom suite with private bathroom and a balcony. The second bedroom is also very spacious with a total of 14m2. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one is equipped with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The apartment is strategically located in a quiet area 2 minutes walk through the wooden steps of the condominium to the famous Oura beach. Despite Oura Beach being on your doorstep, Aveiros Beach is a small quaint beach, not to be missed next to Praia da Oura. Forte de São João Beach is a long beautiful Beach leading to the Old Town of Albufeira only a 20min walk away, and worth the visit. Stª Eulália Beach with its magestic palm trees is one of our most treasured beaches, and well worth the visit. With the "Giro" bus system at your doorstep, you will not have to walk if you do not wish to do so. The touristic train is also a major attraction especially for children but the adults also join in the fun. A Taxi fare within a 4km radius should not cost you more than €6-00. With plenty well priced restaurants, coffee shops and bars to choose from at your doorstep, you will have a hard time making a choice. "Intermaché" supermarket, is a 1 min walk from the apartment, with quality and well priced products. This is the perfect spot for your holidays!

- great location, close to lots of retaurants, bars, shopping, grocery stores, etc. Nice and safe
Apartment was clean, nice and large and supplied with everything you need to make your experience a good one. Apartment was cheerfully decorated and had a very nice ocean view from the front balcony. The location is great (bottom of the Algarve basically in the middle East and West) making day trips easy.

Excellent apartment, in an excellent location.
Very friendly owner and manager. Well equipped apartment, in a fantastic position. The views from the balcony are worth sitting all day to watch. Only comment I'd have is an instruction booklet for dishwasher, washing machine and where you throw your rubbish etc. Definitely be back and would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic
We had a wonderful two weeks at this apartment. It was very well equipped, very clean, spacious, great views and in a wonderful location. Diane our point of contact was a lovely lady and was readily available for any enquiries. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and we are hoping to book it for next year as well.

Séjour magnifique, appartement parfait!
Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique en famille (2 adultes + 3 enfants) dans l'appartement de Vânia. L'appartement est spacieux et très bien situé, proche de la rue commerçante, des bars et des restaurants. Il y a un petit Intermarché à 5 min à pied. L'appartement est super bien équipé, beaucoup mieux que la plupart des apparts de vacances où l'on ne retrouve presque que un ensemble de couverts et de vaisselle par personne. Ici, ce n'est pas le cas. Il ne vous manquera absolument rien. Pareil côté déco: l'appartement a été habité par Vânia avant et il est décoré avec soin. Il a une belle vue sur mer de la véranda. On s'y sent bien, la literie est confortable. Seul petit bémol pour les plus paresseux: il faut compter 10 bonnes minutes jusqu'à la plage et au retour ça monte (ce qui s'est finalement avéré un avantage pour nous car, du coup, on y restait toute la journée, au lieu de rentrer à midi comme dans des apparts pieds dans l'eau- on a profité plus de la plage qui est très bien; vous pouvez aller sur les plages d'à côté si la plage principale est trop bondée). La piscine de la copropriété est petite par rapport à sa fréquentation donc, on l'a peu utilisée. Pour terminer, Vânia était toujours disponible pour aider, même à distance. On a eu une ou deux fois des coupures du caBLE et d'Internet, on a appelé Vânia et quelques minutes plus tard c'était résolu! On espère y retourner cette année. Bon rapport qualité-prix dans la zone, calme et très central en même temps, super accueil!

Sehr schöne Wohnung!
Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, zentral und doch sehr ruhig. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, der Ausblick vom Balkon fantastisch, sehr sauber und es fehlt nichts. Die Bilder der Vermieterin entsprechen der Realität!. Obwohl ich Klimaanlagen nicht mag habe ich sie doch manchmal vermisst. Das organisatorische war sehr unkompliziert, die Vermieterin sehr nett und zuverlässig. Ich würde mir immer so was wünschen und auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen.
