The Capannina was the former granary of this large estate situated in the Siena countryside. It has been totally renovated and transformed into a delightful holiday home for lovers of rural Tuscany. Located to the east of Siena, it is surrounded by large olive groves, vineyards and tilled fields. It would be the perfect choice for a large family or two couples of friends with children. The children can play on the lawn while the adults enjoy the cool shade of the garden. There is a beautiful panoramic view over the countryside with Siena in the background, which is particularly spectacular at sunset. The property is not isolated since it is close to other houses, including Montechiaro Capanna and Montechiaro Torre situated within a radius of 100 metres, each with its own private swimming pool and garden, together providing accommodation for a total of 28 guests. This is perfect for very numerous parties of friends, allowing them to share their holiday while offering each group its privacy. There is a huge range of possible excursions, including the city of Siena and the many delightful little towns of Chianti. The house is surrounded by lawns and has a terrace fully equipped for dining in the open air. Nearby is the private pool (12x8 m, 2 m deep) (01/05-30/10) complete with beach umbrella and sun loungers. The property has central heating and wi fi internet connection. Domestic help, wine tasting, excursions, babysitting, cook and cookery courses are available on request. Parking within the property.
