Detached house with garden situated in the park of a private villa with the possibility, in summer, to enjoy the pool and play area for children. One bedroom apartment of 50sqm recently restored and furnished with one large bedroom with double bed, 1 comfortable lounge with comfortable sofa bed and equipped kitchen .Rooms view of a garden just 400 square meters fenced in which there is a covered area to have lunch. We welcome the 4-legged friends, there is also a wooden kennel to house them in the garden. Guests are allowed to use the swimming pool of the villa, shared with the owners, and a fenced area for children. E 'dipped in Mentanese countryside between hills of olive groves and nature reserves of great beauty

idéal pour ceux qui veulent alterner visite Rome et journée piscine en toute tranquilité

Idéale pour ceux qui veulent alterner, comme nous, journée visite Rome et journée détente piscine. Propriétaire très sympa. Parlant très bien l'anglais. Nous a donné de bons conseils pour visiter Rome et nous a conseillé la visite de Tivoli. Splendide! Super piscine rien que pour nous et propriétaires. A la campagne, à 3 min d'un ville de banlieue avec supermarchés. à 30-40 min de Rome en voiture (parking proposé par propriétaire se trouvant sur ligne métro). supers vacances!

Congé a Rome

La villa Aleanto est identique aux Photos !! La location est dans un cadre de campagne très reposant . La propreté est irréprochable . Je dois dire que j'ai été surpris par la gentillesse de Antonio et d' Alessandra !!! Rome est a 45 minutes en voiture de Mentana suivre a la lettre les conseils de Antonio et vous, vous retrouvez au parking Villa Borghese . Par les escalators vous arrivez Place d'Espagne, a 5 minutes a pieds a la fontaine de Trévise . Bref dans le centre de Rome . Tivoli a 45 minutes . Je me permet de recommander cette location sans hésiter !

Excellente location

Très jolie petite maison, décorée avec goût et toutes commodités. Nous avons pu apprécier la piscine et la climatisation après avoir passé plusieurs journées à Rome, sous la chaleur. Antonio est très accueillant, très hospitalier et plein de bons conseils. Le logement est idéalement situé, au calme et bénéficie d'une petite terrasse ombragée. Des commerces de proximité, ainsi que des grandes et moyennes surfaces sont à quelques minutes en voiture. Location idéale pour famille. Merci encore à notre hôte pour ces excellentes vacances Romaines

Casa Maravillosa, entorno estupendo y lo mejor los propietarios.

Hemos pasado 5 dias maravillosos en la casa, lo mejor la familia: Antonio, Alessandra y sus dos hijas. Casa estupenda y con mucho encanto, muy limpia y con todo lo necesario, que nos han hecho sentirnos como en casa. El entorno es maravillloso y muy tranquilo, con piscina que hizo las delicias de mis hijas. Especial mención al trato recibido por la familia que nos hicieron sentirnos como en casa. La recomiendo al 100%, excelente calidad-precio.
