Apartment located at the second floor into a Residence with an informal and welcoming atmosphere at Costa del Silencio in South Tenerife. Regular license for tourist rentals.
The apartment consists of a large living room with sofa bed slats and mattresses, kitchenette fully equipped with microwave, electric oven, kettle, toaster, American Coffee machine , Plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, electric juicer,,1 bedroom with 2 beds, 1 completely renovated bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine. 1 terrace with pools views and Montana Amarilla view. Minimarket inside the residence.

Twice exit on the terrace from the living-room and from the bed-room. Private entry without moving through the Reception desk.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet viel Komfort. Check-in und Check-Out waren sehr einfach und unproblematisch. WLAN kann gegen Gebühr dazu gebucht werden. Das Fernsehprogramm ist nur auf italienisch, englisch, russisch, türkisch oder arabisch verfügbar. In der Nähe befindet sich das Meer mit dem Naturpark "Montana Amarilla". Auch Bushaltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Ich kann das Apartment nur empfehlen!

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist in ruhiger Lage und gut ausgestattet, auch sehr sauber. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftspool, welcher nicht besonders schön und nicht super sauber ist, für eine kurze Abkühlung kann man ihn aber nutzen. Wer viele Ausflüge machen möchte ist sicher ideal aufgehoben. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar.

Bonjour, De retour de vacances voici mes appréciations: description conforme à l annonce , appartement agréable , spacieux, propre bien entretenu, terrasse donnant sur piscines au top. Tout le nécessaire au niveau équipement. Un 10/10+++ pour la gentillesse des propriétaires Massimo et Antonella. Merci à l agent à la remise des clefs et de sa disponibilité. le restaurant sur place: bonne cuisine accueil super , le bar de la piscine style petit snack tenu par Sylvia une personne adorable les prix sont très abordables. Nous avons eu un temps magnifique . Pour des promenades beaucoup de possibilités à pied ou en bus. Merci Massimo et Antonella

Schöne saubere Wohnung mit neuen Möbeln komplett ausgestattet, sehr netter hilfsbereiter Vermieter

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock der Apartmentanlage Alondras Park in Costa Silencio, 20 Min vom Flughafen Süd mit dem Auto, check-in und out waren problemlos, Wohnung wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, Dusche in der Badewanne, Free WiFi nur im Restaurant oder an der Poolbar während der Öffnungszeiten nutzbar, oder gegen Gebühr. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Apartmentanlage und Umgebung, (geht hier nicht in die Sternevergabe ein) Die Sprachen die wir gehört haben waren spanisch (klar), italienisch, englisch und viel französisch, das kann aber saisonabhängig auch anders sein und ist ohne Wertung. Nur für die Kommunikation In der Anlage befinden sich eine Poolbar und ein Restaurant, die angebotenen Speisen und Getränke sind sehr schmackhaft und wirklich preiswert, 3 Gänge Menue 10.95€, ein 0,4 Bier 2 € an der Poolbar, ausserhalb der Anlage in Schrittweite sind Supermarkt und weitere Restaurants vorhanden. Poolbereich: Es gibt einen flachen Kinderpool und einen tieferen 1-1,7m. Ein Rettungsschwimmer passt den ganzen Tag auf, das Wasser wird jeden morgen überwacht, Liegen und Stühle sind vorhanden. Auflagen habe ich nicht gesehen. Auf Sauberkeit wurde geachtet. Es gibt in näherer Umgebung keinen Sandstrand, nur einen in den Fels gehauenen Zugang zum Meer, über Treppen und Leitern. Ein Mietwagen ist auf Teneriffa eh Pflicht, denn die Reize der Insel liegen bekanntlich nicht am weissen Sandstrand. Noch ein Tip: Passt auf die Tankwarte auf, wenn die Zapfsäule nach 5€ ausgeht und dann weiterläuft. Aber die müssen ja auch leben, Hahaha Sprit ist ja billig
