Amazing house and pool!

We had a fantastic time at the villa. The pool and garden were wonderful and the house was clean and spacious. There were new air-conditioning controls in every room so we could adjust to suit. We spent most of our time by the pool and the outdoor verandah meant you could sit out if the sun. Great security and just a short walk or taxi to Marbella. Marc was a great host and we will definitely be back.

Excellent Host, and Excellent Villa 👍

We really enjoyed our stay. Good access to the Beach and Marbella either walking (45 mins) or local bus . Lovely pool and spacious bedrooms 👍

Un hôte très avenant

Nous remercions Marc pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Nous avons passé un séjour globalement agréable. La région est agréable et la visite du sud de l'Espagne est à faire sans hésiter ( Costa Del Sol jusqu'à Tarifa). La maison se situe dans un quartier calme, néanmoins un peu éloigné des commodités et du centre ville ( entre 5 et 10 min en véhicule). Un véhicule est quand même recommandé pour se déplacer aisément. Pour ce qui est de la maison, elle est intérieurement bien rénovée et les équipements sont modernes. Attention, petite précision, la piscine n'est pas sécurisée comme l'indique l'annonce. C'est-à-dire qu'il n'y a pas d'accès sécurisé pour éviter l'intrusion des petits enfants sans surveillance. Le terme "sécurisé" est plutôt à comprendre comme " protégé" car il y a une bâche bleue pour protéger la piscine le soir si besoin. Pour ce qui est de l'extérieur, le jardin est agréable. Peti bémol pour l'espace détente côté piscine qui manque un peu de charme ( mobilier de piscine/jardin , kitchenette et mosaïque de la piscine vieillissant ).

Lovely weeks stay!

Had never been to Marbella before, Marc the property owner was very helpful and accomodating from start to finish, my family were also granted a late check out as their return flight was so late at night. We were a family group of 12. Villa is spacious and has everything you need, the pool area was great, this is where we spent most our time! The area was very quiet and peaceful and was a 5 minute taxi ride to the old town, we did walk most evenings, was about a 20 min walk! Was also just a 15 min taxi ride to Puerto Banus. Overall, great chilled week in a lovely house.
