The property is in the village of Vathi and consists of a complex of three houses and includes two available studios (34. sq.m.) than can accommodate 2 people each and one dublex family house (85 sq.m.) that can accommodate 4 persons. The site is just off the beach of Vathi, probably the best beach in Sifnos, only 30 meters from it. There are no roads and cars in Vathi, so the studios are accessible by foot through the beach. There is a free municipality parking in the entrance of the village, 250m from the house. In the village you can find 6 traditional restaurants, a beach bar and two Mini markets - groceries.

A few meters from the sea…

Beautiful experience. The location was very little above sea level in the gulf of Vathi where the wave motion was practically absent. Very kind and helpful owners. The studio with bathroom was tidy and clean with linen changed every 3 days. The house is not close to the road where the car is left, but it will be about 500 meters away or a little more (we carried our luggage along a long stretch on the sandy beach, but you can ask for it to be carried on site by a boy who works in the area with a wheelbarrow). We met casually with the owners in the morning while we were having breakfast on the terrace (they live on the upper floor) having a pleasant conversation while they picked the capers just below or watered the garden. We consider it a small corner of paradise, with 2 nearby taverns where you can eat directly on the beach and 3 others nearby. We really recommend it for those who love peace and quiet (at least in the period we stayed in the first fortnight of June).
