About this property

30sqm apartment located on the first floor of a house built along the medieval walls of the village. The place is peaceful and quiet and from the windows you can enjoy the suggestive view of the roofs of the town. Possibility of external private parking on request. Minimum stay 7 nights
The two-room apartment is small but comfortable, equipped with air conditioning / heat pump. Although located inside the walls, it is one of the few places that has a shared parking (outside) and with the pass that we can provide on your request, you can leave your car parked 24 hours a day. The position is strategic as it is very close to the center but on the sidelines as regards the confusion of traffic or more noisy village activities such as festivals or events in general.

Suvereto app,to. molto vicino al centro ma non incasinato, ottimo il parcheggio sottocasa, app.to ben disposto e pratico. Roberto, il proprietario, molto disponibile per ogni esigenza. Da consigliare

Toskana pur in italienischer Altstadt

Aufenthalt mit Atmosphäre! Wer wirklich einmal das Flair erleben möchte inmitten einer italienischen Kleindtadt direkt an der Stadtmauer mit kleinen Gassen zu leben, der ist hier genau richtig. Eigenes Auto sollte vorhanden dein, dann ist man in 15 Minuten in Sterpaia am Strand. Wir haben es sehr genossen: klein aber fein!
