Family house completely renovated and equipped, ideal for a stay with several families, friends or with children and small children

The beach and the sea are two steps away, at the end of the street: Plage du Porteau (supervised in summer), or coastal road through which one accesses small creeks little frequented and the beach of the sablons by going towards the borough of Ste Marie

With its 5 bedrooms, large games room / TV lounge upstairs (also accessible from the garden by an outside staircase) and spacious mezzanine to read or play, everyone will find his little corner to isolate if necessary.
The kitchen is very spacious (20m2) and equipped to prepare large tables.

Ste Marie is a town that is part of the town of Pornic, which is reached by the road or the coastal road, 2 km.
Club Nautique de Pornic is on the coast between Ste Marie and Pornic.

Perfect base

The property is very well situated. A short walk to the beach and seafront walk. Lots of coves and inlets for swimming and exploring. You can walk to Pornic in smaller nearby town in no time at all. House had loads of space for the family. and great little garden. Parking for 3 cars is available too. I would recommend to anybody.
