séjour sans mauvaises surprises

séjour agréable logement correspondant en tout point à l'annonce les distances pour rejoindre la plage pas exagérés logement très propre et bien situé le propriétaire joignable en tout temps si besoin et à l'écoute du moindre problème je recommande idéal pour ceux qui aimes marcher.

Toller Urlaub!

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr gastfreundlich und stand bei Fragen gern zur Verfügung, auch auf englisch. Die Ausstattung ist komfortabel, alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung ist für zwei Erwachsene absolut empfehlenswert.

Séjour très agréable

Catherine nous a accueilli avec toute la gentillesse qui anime les bretons. Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette maison qui est un bon pied à terre pour vadrouiller dans les alentours. Merci d'avoir mis tout en œuvre afin que l'on se sente comme chez nous et merci également pour la douce attention avec le kouign aman et le cidre.

Logement idéal pour vacances en bord de mer

Logement conforme aux photos, propreté impeccable, bien équipé. Jardin non clos. Propriétaire arrangeante sur les horaires, attentionnés (petits cadeaux offerts durant le séjour). Le tout à 300m d'une plage magnifique, bref on recommande.

ein kleines wunderschönes haus in einer wunderschönen umgebung.

wer die bretagne liebt, wird sich in dieses kleine haus verlieben und nach einem erlebnisreichen tag am strand ( in santec sehr sauber ) oder nach einer wanderung im haus oder kleinen gartenbereich so richtig erholen können. die beschreibung entspricht der realität. alles ist vor ort. die vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und die kommunikation in französisch oder englisch ohne probleme möglich. ein häuschen, das zum wiederkommen einlädt

Tout le confort souhaitable est présent. A quelques minutes, proximité de la mer et des plages merveilleuses à parcourir et à découvrir à tout moment de la journée.

Prendre plaisir de l'hospitalité bretonne

la description de la maison est correcte à cent pour cent. Nous n'avons jamais loué une tel entièrement équipé gîte. Mme Catherine cultive l'hospitalité bretonne. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. La gîte est définitivement très recommandée pour deux adultes et un enfant. Une autre recommandation: la baguette peut être achetée à l'épis d'or, 400 mètres à pied de la gîte et à ne pas oublier le Kouign amann , un gâteau breton à base de pâte à pain avec beaucoup de beurre salé. Nous aimerions profiter de cette occasion pour remercier à nouveau Catherine pour la chaleureuse hospitalité.

Très jolie location bord de mer

Nous avons séjourné en famille avec notre bébé et notre chien dans cette petite maison au bord de la mer à 250m très bien aménagée tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Idéal pour faire des balades surtout sur la plage accessible pour les chiens. Tout peut se faire à pied petit bourg avec toutes nécessités et à côté des villes à visiter St Pol de Leon, Roscoff.. Concernant la maison, impeccable niveau propreté, rangement et praticité. Nous avons été accueillis par Madame Le Meur, très chaleureusement et il a été très facile de la contacter et d'échanger, avec beaucoup de plaisir, nous avons même pu déguster son far breton maison. Nous recommandons cette location et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ancienne petite maison de pêcheurs bien réaménagée; équipement intérieur fonctionnel et moderne; bon emplacement: 300m de la mer; 5mn de Roscoff; endroit calme, maison mitoyenne mais sans contrainte; attention au poêle à bois qui chauffe beaucoup; on a vite trop chaud.. maison bien entretenue, propre et agréable pour un couple et un enfant. Propriétaire sympathique et attentionnée.

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus mit super ausgestatteter Küche, tolle Bäder und sehr bequemen Bett.

Wir wurden ganz herzlich von der Eigentümerin Catherine empfangen. Unser französisch ist nicht sehr gut aber Catherine kann ebenfalls gut englisch und so war es kein Problem sich zu verständigen. Man konnte sich jederzeit an Sie wenden und Sie erkundigte sich, ob alles in Ordnung war. Sie war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich und mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Zusätzlich fehlt es an nichts in der Küche, die zum Kochen einlädt. Bei schönem Wetter kann man auf der ebenerdigen Veranda die Zeit verbringen oder in der Wohnküche es sich kuschelig machen. Santec selber ist ein kleinerer Ort aber es gibt einen Bäcker, Tabakladen, Friseure, Bücherei/Touristeninformation und einen kleinen aber sehr gut ausgestatteten Einkaufsladen. Für größere Einkäufe ist Saint Pol de Leon in 8 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Dort gibt es Tankstellen und größere Einkaufsmärkte. Vom Ferienhaus aus kann man schon die Wellen des Atlantiks hören und in wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand. Mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad kann man weitere Strände in der Umgebung schnell erreichen. Santec lädt zum Entspannen und Erholen ein. Wir waren im Dezember da und würden uns jederzeit wieder entscheiden hierher zu kommen.

Location trés fonctionnelle, bien située, au calme, on y dort bien, bonne literie (entre autre)

Nous recommandons cette location, nous y étions à 2 adultes + 1 chien et nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances (3 semaines). Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer aussi un long séjour car cette location est très fonctionnelle. La plage, la boulangerie, la pharmacie et la petite superette sont prés de la location ainsi que la poissonnière avec du poisson et crustacés bien frais 3 fois par semaine.(on peut s'y rendre à pied) Un super accueil de la propriétaire très sympathique et réactive aux demandes, avec un cœur d'or. Si l'occasion se présente nous y retournerons. J-M et Co

eine sehr gute Adresse

Das schmale Haus, der hintere Teil eines größeren Hauses, ist geschmackvoll saniert und komfortabel und angenehm ausgestattet. Mit zwei größeren Kindern (unsere sind 15 und 18) kann es allerdings etwas eng werden, weil der große Schlafraum keine Tür hat. Der Außensitzplatz (neben einem Zwiebelfeld) ist sehr ansprechend. Die Rue des Pecheurs ist kaum befahren. Wir saßen gerne da und haben das leckere Baguette aus der nahen Boulangerie gegessen. Bei Flut hörten wir das nahe Meer rauschen... Wunderbar!

Ferien in Santec

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in dem kleinen Haus von Catherine in Santec.Es ist sehr funktionell ausgestattet - mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschinen und Trockner. Darüberhinaus liegt es nahe zum Strand und sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns vier Wochen wohlgefühlt. Catherine war immer um uns besorgt, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

"Das Haus ist gut ausgest...

"Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Vor allem Küche und Bad sind sehr komfortabel. Gute Gartenmöbel mit bequemen Liegen. Es ist nicht weit zum Meer und Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."
