About this property

Renovated in 2012, our wonderful holiday home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms remains very precious to us. The calm and relaxing environment gives you the perfect holiday feeling. The house has a modern cozy look, with beautiful pieces of art, decoration and solid wooden furniture. Covered patio gives shade and stunning views. The well maintained garden is full of flowers and Tuscan herbs. Swimming pool 4x10m. The closest village, medieval Pereta is only 3 kms away and has 3 wonderful restaurants. Magliano in Toscana is 6 kms from our house and a very nice little town with all the shops you need; bakery, butcher, supermarket and a pharmacy. The Maremma is the cultural heart of the Butteri, Etruscans. Wonderful nature (bird parks) around us. And of course the Archipelago or Monte Argentario and the Tyrrenian Sea (20 minutes by car)! Argentario Golf is close and renting of bicycles is easy, as well as boats.
We prefer a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children.

Entspannter Urlaub in einer schönen Villa

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in dieser Villa. Vor allem auf der Terrasse an dem großen Holztisch und im Pool. Wir waren drei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Das einzige, was uns vor unserem Urlaub nicht klar war, war der Zustand der Zufahrt zur Villa. Ca. 600 m über Stock und Stein. Hier wäre ein Auffüllen der größten Löcher mit Schotter nicht schlecht.

Entspannter Urlaub in traumhafter Lage

Wir (2 Familien mit insgesamt 4 Kindern zwischen 4 und 7 Jahren) waren im August 2022 für 12 Tage zu Gast in dieser wunderschönen Villa, traumhaft auf einem Hügel mitten im Hinterland der Toskana gelegen. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig, hell und sehr gut ausgestattet (viel Geschirr, Besteck, usw.). Auch die Einrichtung und Aufteilung der Zimmer ist sehr gelungen. Wir fanden sie in echt noch schöner als auf den Bildern :-) Das Schönste aber war der großartige Ausblick, den man von der großen Terrasse vor dem Haus aufs toskanische Hinterland mit seinen Zypressen hatte. Und natürlich der zur Villa gehörige Pool mit demselben Blick, der vor allem für unsere Kinder das Highlight war. Es gibt keinen Schatten am Pool, aber einen Sonnenschirm., den man aufstellen kann und Sonnenliegen. Hier wäre ggf. noch ein weiterer Schirm sinnvoll, da es im August um die Mittagszeit immer sehr heiß wurde. Auf der Terrasse haben wir viele schöne Stunden verbracht; ob Grillabende oder ein leckeres ausgiebiges Frühstück am Morgen. Auch ist die Villa sehr ruhig gelegen, nachts hörten wir allerdings öfters die Hunde der umliegenden Häuser bellen (auf dem gegenüberliegenden Hügel), aber bei verschlossenen Fenstern war es nur noch wenig zu hören. Auch gibt es sehr viele Stechmücken (abends draußen immer mit Mückenschutz eincremen) im Außenbereich, aber die Villa ist mit hochwertigen Mosquitonetzen ausgestattet, um die Tiere draußen zu halten. Die Zufahrt zur Villa ist etwas beschwerlich, da der Weg sehr steinig und staubig ist. Darauf hatte uns die Hauseigentümern aber vorab hingewiesen, sodass wir uns darauf einstellen konnten. Die nächstgelegen Orte waren Magliano en Toscana (sehr schöner mittelalterlicher Ort mit einigen sehr guten Restaurants, in der Hochsaison im August aber unbedingt vorher reservieren) oder Pereta mit einem sehr leckeren Italiener (Il Cinghiale Bianco). Zum Meer waren es etwas 30 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto, es gab richtig schöne nicht überfüllte Strände bei Orbetello (Halbinsel). Die Abstimmung mit der Eigentümerin Karen sowie Roberta (die vor Ort war und die Wohnungsübergabe gemacht hat), verlief immer sehr schnell, freundlich und reibungslos. Auch wurde uns ein umfangsreiches Handbuch vorab zur Verfügung gestellt mit den wichtigsten Infos rund ums Haus und die Umgebung. Wir werden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder kommen :-)
