Cute House in a very convenient location

The house is exactly as described. 3 bedroom and baths. The house is fully air conditioned with the little wall units in every room except for the bathrooms. We found that we could close the wooden blinds in the bathroom you could cool them from the bedrooms as long as you left the doors open. This worked fairly well. Yes we are Americans and yes we are spoiled with air conditioning but it works. The kitchen was fairly well equipped but to be honest we didn't cook - we did heat left overs a couple times in the oven or microwave but that was the extent of the cooking. The pool on site in great for cooling off when its hot or while the grand daughter took her nap. Would have loved to have a "table for eating" inside the house because of my ability to attract mosquitoes but it was very accessible right outside the sliding glass doors. The two king size beds were very comfortable - I understand that the Queen size in the one bedroom was rather hard / firm but some people like that. The king size were pillow top beds that were comfortable. Definitely will rent this unit again. In fact we're looking toward February 2021.

Awesome Place!

We stayed here for a week and had an amazing time. The location is great, the villa itself is beautiful and has everything you would need, and Valerie is awesome! Not one complaint and can't wait to come back!

Nice villa, spacious and cozy.

Overall a beautiful spot to stay in St. Maarten, walking distance to the beach was a huge plus. Host was helpful for most part during trip but as polite Canadians we would have appreciated a little less defensiveness/attitude in certain instances (i.e. when security showed up middle of night flashing lights in the backyard because we hadn't closed the little gate in path to front door). We've never stayed somewhere with strict regulations on turning on alarms or shutting gates, made it feel much less like a vacation home. Pity because the property itself is great and St. Maarten was absolutely amazing.

Wow!!! First VRBO experience and Maly made it perfect. Our family rated it best family vacation!

The house was in a great location, easy walk to the beach and the restaurants. With two teenaged daughters we all had plenty of privacy and space. Maly was very responsive leading up to the trip and while we were there. She helped make the trip out best family vacation.
