Calm stay in Lido

Very nice host, easy check in and out. The apartment had everything we needed. Perfect apartment if you dont want to stay in the busy city center. 5minutes to the beach, 15minutes to the waterbus station. Calm and quiet neighbourhood. Clearly recommend!

Perfect Lido Getaway

We had a fantastic stay in Lido thanks to our wonderful host, Caterina. She reached out as soon as the reservation was made and was always quick to respond. The apartment has everything you may need and in excellent condition. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk to the beach and close to the vaporetto. Cannot wait to plan our trip back. Small rooms, no dishwashing machine

The landlady was nice and flexible. When we arrived, the flat was in order. Then, for 4 persons, 60mq were a bit tight. Shops are at10min walk., the beach is close.

Wonderful Mini-Break

This apartment is in a beautiful location on the Lido. Close to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants and the Vaporetto for access the the Islands of Venice. It is comfortable and well equipped with stylish furnishings. An excellent place for a holiday in Venice.

No thrills, but fine. No WiFi.

We ended up getting an extremely rainy week for our stay, and that made the distance from the boats a bit of a pain and the distance from the beach not very attractive. This and not having cell service made the lack of WiFi a real problem. But the apartment is well outfitted with all the basics and the location is lovely when it is sunny out.

Merveilleux séjour au Lido

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour sur le Lido, loin de la foule et seulement à 20 mn en vaporetto. L'appartement de Caterina est très agréable, hyper confortable et de très bon goût. On y serait bien resté plus longtemps :) Comptez 10 bonnes minutes pour aller à l'embarcadère. Caterina est très sympathique et accueillante. N'hésitez pas !

Cozy, comfortable apartment.

This cozy and comfortable apartment is around the corner from the peacefully calm Adriatic Sea, and a pleasant ten minute stroll to the city center shops, restaurants and water bus station. A 20 minute boat ride and you’re in the heart of strikingly awesome Venezia. The apartment is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and living room and bedroom balconies offer expansive rooftop views of Lido. Bed linens and towels were more than adequate and kitchen was supplied with cooking essentials, as well as canisters of spices, sugar and ground coffee. Staying on Lido gives you complete access to all that is Venezia and a quiet place to relax after a busy day. We stayed a month; time flew and was hard to say goodbye. We’ll go back!

Apartment mit Ausblick

Wir hatten in der letzten Juliwoche das Glück eine perfekte, große Wohnung in einer sehr ruhigen entspannten Wohngegend am Lido zu erhaschen. Sie ist zwar schon in die Jahre gekommen, das aber nichts ausmacht, es ist mehr als genug vorhanden, wenn mans richtig macht braucht man auch keine Klima, 4. Stock zieht wunderbar durch alle Räume, Gelsen mögen auch nicht unbedingt so hoch fliegen. Vermieterin ist sehr sehr nett und unkompliziert mit der Schlüsselübergabe. Man kann gut zu Fuß einkaufen (900 m) und zur Schiffsanlegestelle (1000 m) in einer viertel Stunde erreichbar. Allerdings wer glaubt, er hat nur ein paar Meter gerade aus zum Strand, der irrt sich, denn das ist Privatstrand, man muß schon ca. 600 Meter zum nächsten Freistrand gehen oder fährt mit dem Bus. Liebe Caterina, vielen herzlichen Dank für diese wunderschöne Woche in einem wunderbaren Apartment!

Gemütliche sonnige Wohnung

Liebe Caterina, es hat uns sehr gefallen in der Wohnung. Wunderschön ruhiges Quartier mit alten Villen und schönen Gärten. Die 2 Balkone bieten schönen Ausblick. Wenn es kalt wird, ist die Heizung wunderbar schnell warm. 10 Minuten zum schönen Strand und zur Vaporettostation. Alles gut, gerne wieder. Cari saluti Janina und Ruth

Schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung

Wir verbrachten als Familie mit 2 Kindern (14 und 9) eine Woche dort auf Lido unseren Urlaub. FeWo ist komplett ausgestattet, Handtücher, Bettwäsche... In der Küche ist auch das nötigste vorhanden. Für Kaffeetrinker...es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine. Für uns kein Problem.Die Supermärkte sind etwas versteckt auf Lido und zum nächsten sind es ca.600m.Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits vom Trubel, ruhig in ein Wohngebiet.Zur Vapettohaltestelle sind es ca.800m.Zum Strand ist es etwas dichter, aber da durfte man sich mit sein Handtuch nicht hinlegen.Privatstrand!Der Strand mit den " Holzhütten ".Man darf dort am Wasser langgehen und ins Wasser gehen ,aber seine Badesachen nicht ausbreiten.Dann wird man zum öffentlichen Strand verwiesen.Und dahin muss man einige hundert Meter laufen.Von der FeWo bis zum öffentlichen Strand sind das auch ca700m. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett ,kann gut englisch.Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt. Bei Ankunft am Flughafen haben wir sie angerufen und sie hat dann in Wohnung auf uns gewartet.Mit dem Wasserbus fährt man ungefähr eine Stunde vom Flughafen bis Lido. Allgemein war es für uns ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt auf Lido.

Splendid apartment

Very clean and modern apartment in a quiet area. Everything was superb...one small negative issue is that there is no wifi but that's not a big problem after the new roaming-rules in EU-countries. Everyone has a smartphone...?! I would really recomend this apartment!!! I have been to Lido several times and this is the best rent.

Tolle Unterkunft für Familien

Das Apartment ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt auf dem Lido. Die Nähe zu Venedig ist durch die schnelle Vaporetto-Verbindung optimal. Tolle Ausstattung - uns hat es an nix gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Gute Lage, sehr gepflegte Wohnung - gerne wieder! Good situation, very cultivated flat!

Es ist eine schöne, helle und gut aufgeteilte Wohnung, in der man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Alles ist äußerst gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet bzw. dekoriert. Vor allem die beiden Balkone sind sehr angenehm und bieten einen schönen Blick über Gärten und Villen. Es handelt sich um ein ruhiges Wohngebiet. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was für einen Ferien-Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Zum Strand sind es vier Minuten. Zur Hauptstraße (Granviale Santa Maria Elisabetta) sind es ca. acht Minuten. Zur Bootsanlegestelle braucht man ca. 12 Minuten. Kostenlose Parkplätze (auf die farbliche Markierung achten) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zu finden. Ein kleiner Tipp: Unbedingt einmal ein Fahrrad ausleihen. So kann man die Insel besonders gut entdecken. Und Steigungen gibt es ja nicht. Frau Cecchi, die Vermieterin, ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Frau Cecchi ist auch immer per Handy erreichbar. Eine sehr gute Betreuung ist somit gewährleistet. Nochmals vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen! Good situation, very cultivated flat - with pleasure again! It is a nice, bright and well split flat in which one feels fine immediately. Everything is extremely maintained and furnished / decorated very tastefully. Above all both balconies are very pleasant and have a nice view. The flat is in a quiet residential area. In the flat everything exists what is necessary for a pleasant holiday stay. To the beach You have to walk only about four minutes. To the Lido-Mainstreet (Granviale Santa Maria Elisabetta) are approx. 8 minutes to walk. To the boat landing stage one needs approx. 12 minutes. Free parking bays are to be found in close vicinity. A small tip: Lend absolutely once a bicycle. Thus one can discover the island especially well. And there are not gradients. Mrs. Cecchi, the render, is very friendly and always helpful without being meddlesome. Mrs. Cecchi is also accessible always on mobile phone. A very good care is guaranteed therefore. Again many thanks for the pleasant stay! The flat is to be recommended anyway without limitation!
