Vacation house - Villa Brdar

This holiday house is an excellent choice for people who seek peace and quietude with a beautiful sea view from the terrace.
The whole house is an apartment which is exclusively rent to one group. There are only 3 houses in the nearest neighbourhood.

Swimming pool (27m2) is located behind the house with sun protected terrace and bathroom.
Sea is 100m from the house with dedicated concrete pier which is mostly secluded.
If you are bringing a boat, you can use the pier for free.
Boat rental is also possible.

We would recommend snorkeling and fishing as the aquatic life is a thing to see.
If you are interested in astronomy (or romance) then you will enjoy your stay as there is very little light pollution and the night sky is full of stars :-)

Einfach traumhaft!

Wir durften 7 Nächte in diesem traumhaften Haus verbringen! Familie Brdar hat uns äußerst freundlich empfangen und hat uns das gesamte Haus samt wunderschöner Anlage genau erklärt. Die Lage ist magisch….sehr ruhig und sehr privat - weit weg vom Massentourismus! Das hat uns besonders gut gefallen! Wir liebten das Chillen beim hauseigenen Pool samt überdachter Poolterrasse (mit Meerblick!) und am privaten Strandabschnitt! Am Abend sind wir gerne auf der Terrasse gesessen und haben in den Sternenhimmel geblickt-es war echt wunderschön! Wir haben jede Nacht mindestens eine Sternschnuppe gesehen und wir wurden zu regelrechten Hobby-Astrologen! ;) Wir waren das erste Mal da - aber wollen mit Sicherheit nochmal hin! Absolutely fantastic

Been to the Croatian coast for the last 25 years, but nothing tops Villa Brdar! View from the terrace is unbelievable, quite and tranquil even in high season, swimming pool also fantastic, neat and tidy, just an absolute gem! Hosts put in 110% effort to make our stay enjoyable! Thanks for the unforgetable holiday!

Relaxing Spot - Amazing View

The Brdar Villa is a stunning place - situated on a mountaintop outside a small village almost by itself. Only a few houses down the hill, which are out of sight so nothing to worry about. You will feel all alone in this perfectly maintained house, with the magnificent new pool area to top it off. No shopping, tourists or noisy restaurants within miles. The drive to Marina is 10 minutes, and from there, Trogir, Primošten, and other cities are within reach in 30 minutes. You go here for the view, the silence and the privacy. The Brdar family offered to meet us in a nearby town, and guide us to the villa, but GPS routings are fine in the area. They met us at the house and gave us a thorough walkthrough of the house and surroundings. The Brdars and their son Zoran are extremely friendly, and helpful. We stayed 6 people in the house which has plenty of space for a relaxing week in Croatia. We would definitely recommend going and are already considering our next visit. Thanks! Wonderful Villa

From the villa you have a wonderful view and direct access to the sea. The terrace is also great and so is the pool. The landlords welcome you friendly and they are always there should you need something.

Einfach perfekt für einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub

Wundervolles Haus mit traumhaften Ausblick in totaler Ruhelage. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Es war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wieder kommen.

Brilliant

We have been here for the 4th time andd had a great time at the Villa Brdar as allways. The pool is great and makes ones stay even more pleasant. The house in a great shape and one can see in every corner with which great love it is taken care of😍 Lidija and her family are such great hosts and we are looking forward to 5...6..7..8th vistit at Villa Brdar. If it all works out we we will be glad to come back next year. Big thanks Lidija and her family👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Nice cottage in calm environment

The house provides sufficient space for up to 6 persons. It is fitted with all necessary items, clean and well maintained. The location is in some distance from the next village, thus it is ideal for people looking for relaxing holidays. The beach can be reached by about 100 concrete stairs and is usually just used by the guests of the house. We have been there for the 7th time now since 2008, together with our children, and each time enjoyed our vacation there. During this time frame we could follow the investments the owners spend in order to improve the house and the environment. This year the new pool was in operation for the first time, which is another value add for the house. We are looking forward for further vacations there and to meeting the always friendly and helpful host family.
