About this property

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of this small apartment block. There are lifts to all floors (only 5 floors), and is well maintained and in very good order. There is a security system in place to gain access to all apartments. It is small compact apartment, with air conditioning, easily manageable with seperate bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, a nice size lounge, also, a balcony with sunblind for al fresco dining or a just a glass of wine. Also, there are stored on the balcony buckets, spades, snorkels etc., for children to play with on the beach. In the lounge there is a small T.V with DVD and CD player, cribbage, scrabble and puzzles. The apartment is situated one block away from the promenade and beaches, literally a 300metre walk, and there is a bus service that goes into Antibes, only a 5minute ride.Please note there is no parking within the apartment block but there is some free parking within 300metres of the promenade. No more than 4 guests to stay in the apartment.

Avoid at all costs, if you're travelling with children and in Juan for a beach holiday

Part deposit withheld. Claim that the flat was left "very dirty" with sand everywhere. Never in 30 years of travelling as an adult have I been accused of leaving a property dirty. Absolutely appalled. The flat was left as clean and tidy as we found it. Yes, there were probably a few grains of sand that we missed. Travelling with a 10 and 12 year old on a beach holiday, there is bound to be sand. If you rent a property out as a holiday business, your rental fee includes reasonable cleaning. I wouldn't expect to have to wash, starch and iron the bed sheets and polish the toilet. I wouldn't expect to pick up every grain of sand. It is a shame that memories of a lovely holiday have been spoilt by this incident.

My wife and I have been going to Juan les Pins since 1962. We went there to see the Jazz Festival in Juan which still continues to this day. We fell in love with Juan, such a small friendly resort. Every time we go back we find more and more interesting places to visit.

Why they chose this property

The apartment is central for bathing, lovely restaurants and the people are all very nice. The apartment although small meets our needs and our family as well. They love it there.
