Me han cobrado la estancia perteneciente a un apartamento con piscina, y una vez que pasaron la tarj

Ubicación buena. Se ve que se ha pintado y los rodapies están todos hasta la mitad de pintura. Armarios y toallas dejaron q desear en cuanto a limpieza. La ubicación es perfecta y el apartamento bonito solamente le falta una buena limpieza y sería perfecto.

Ubicación, distribución del apartamento, precio La urbanización está un poco dejada, el apartamento necesita una mano de pintura, daba sensación de dejadez, nada que ver con el apartamento en Punta Umbría que estaba impecable

El apartamento muy bien. Limpio ,tranquilo y bien ubicado.

Me gustó mucho el apartamento. La cocina muy bien equipada. Tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones

Recomendable

Excelente atención al cliente. El apartamento tenía hormigas y era imposible dejar comida en la cocina. Éramos cuatro y solo había tres fichas para acceder a la piscina. No se podía hacer uso del aparcamiento porque estaba ocupado.

Die Bilder und die Beschreibung stimmen nicht mit dem Appartement überein

Leider mussten wir vor Ort feststellen, dass das über FeWo angebotene Appartment nicht mit dem tatsächlichen Appartement übereinstimmt. Es gibt kein WLAN, keinen Geschirrspüler, keinen Blick auf den See etc. Das Appartement liegt direkt an der Straße und hat keinen Gartenblick. Das Appartement gehört einer Immobilienagentur und nicht, wie im Inserat angegeben, einer Privatperson. Das Appartement war monatelang nicht bewohnt, sodass die Feuchtigkeit und der Geruch unerträglich waren. Wir haben das Appartement nicht bezogen und uns eine andere Unterkunft besorgt. Jetzt versuchen wir, das Geld zurück zu bekommen, denn wir fühlen uns betrogen. So etwas haben wir bei FeWo noch nicht erlebt. Wir wollten uns den Urlaub nicht verderben lassen und werden, wenn wir wieder zu Hause sind, die Angelegenheit in Zusammenarbeit mit FeWo klären. Wir würden keinen Stern vergeben, aber das System verlangt es leider.
