About this property

The house is practically on the water, with just one house between it and
the ocean. The house is located on the ocean side of the street and offers ocean views and also pool views of "Biddeford's Pool". It's just a short walk to the beach on the same property. This house has a newly updated bath and gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops. House features 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a full size and twin bed. There is a Full Size bathroom on the same floor as the bedrooms with a stacked washer & dryer for use. Bedrooms are downstairs. Kitchen, dining and living room upstairs. Upstairs has a half bath connected to the living room. The house has a gorgeous porch off the back with views of the pool. Linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags are NOT provided.

Lovely spot to be.

Accommodations worked out great for my two sisters and me. Main living area was very open with views of water all around. Lovely to have access to the beach. One suggestion we would have would be to replace extra chairs in living area. Two old chairs detracted from overall attractiveness of space. Enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place on an amazing beach

This is our second year renting and it was the perfect accommodation for me and my daughters. Hope to be lucky enough to rent it again next year.

Great location.....but!

While the property's location and proximity to the beach and views of the beach and Biddeford Pool are great, the house itself and it's "amenities" are lacking in the following areas, particularly in light of the high $$$ rental rate/day during the summer - regardless of the market. Whether the following (in order of importance to this renter) are important to future renters will depend on individual preferences and needs: 1. No AC! Summers in Maine can be very hot and humid - a cross breeze from open window doesn't cut it! 2. Oven/stove needs to be replaced - takes forever to heat up. 3. Toaster does not work. 4. Barbeque grill (if you can call it that) is pitiful. 5. Not a sharp table knife in the house - had to purchase our own. 6. Expecting renters to provide their own bed sheets, pillow cases and towels, and charging people an additional fee to provide is ridiculous.

Very inviting, comfortable and well equipped.

This had the best of everything - simplicity, gorgeous kitchen space and ideally located. Only suggestion would be a bigger couch for stretching out! Loved this piece of heaven!

Excellent Summer Vacation

Our family enjoyed another summer vacation in Biddeford Pool at this wonderful beach house. The beach and ocean is just steps away from the home. The owners are great people and our experience and relationship with them is outstanding. The home is very comfortable, clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. We can't wait to return again next year!
