About this property

A very clean, comfortable house in a peaceful, scenic area with a tranquil creek. Convenient parking-two reserved parking spaces right in front of the house. You are sure to like homey atmosphere and the quiet neighborhood.
Our location is ideal for exploring famous Lake Tahoe attractions. The house is close to the best Tahoe beaches and ski resorts, restaurants, shops, a cinema, and a bowling alley.

Our family-friendly, two-story townhome accommodates up to 6 guests.
There are high speed wireless Internet, TVs (Dish Network, Smart TV, Netflix), DVDs, board games, X-Box 360, books, and toys.

Window & floor fans are provided; no AC.

A heated communal swimming pool is available during summer time, usually from Memorial weekend through mid September.

NO smoking and NO pets allowed.

All the beds have memory foam mattresses, quality pillows, light blankets, and warm comforters for your restful sleep.

DOWNSTAIRS:

The spacious LIVING ROOM has two sofas, a 55” TV with Netflix streaming via smart TV, and a Blu-ray DVD player.
The gas fireplace with a thermostat for additional temperature control.
There are also a dining table and a computer desk.

The adjacent KITCHEN is fully equipped. We provide basic cooking supplies, condiments, and spices.

HALF BATHROOM on the first floor nestles a washer/dryer and laundry supplies.

In the summer, you'll love to spend time on the DECK that opens up into a beautiful woodland with a year-round creek. We invite you to sit there and relax, sipping your favorite drink and listening to the nature. Up for BBQ? There are a Weber gas grill, a table, chairs, and an umbrella for you. Charcoal grills are prohibited.

If you travel with small children, we have the stairway gates, a portable playard with a removable infant bassinet, and high & booster chairs. There are also plastic plates and cups. Lots of toys, board games, and books for our little guests.

Staying in Incline Village in late winter

We had a wonderful time in the region and at this rental unit. Olga is a wonderful host. She was attentive, knowledgeable, reasonable, thoughtful and organized. We never actually met, but never did need to. We got what we hoped for in this transaction.

Lovely

We had a great stay. Location was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 children). Plenty of space. Everything we needed for a winter ski trip, and great proximity to diamond peak. We’ll definitely be back!

The best holiday accommodation we have ever had

Loved our little break here- we came to get some early skiing done- the house was perfect- The kitchen is so well stocked that we were able to make the meals we wanted.

Our family fell in love with Tahoe the first time we came here. Buying a condo in Incline Village was an exciting decision. We made our vacation home comfortable and enjoyable for all of us. Raising three boys, we like being outdoors and value the numerous fun-filled activities to be found near Incline Village during any season.
