Nestled in one of Seattle's famous greenbelts, our beautifully remodeled and well appointed, private unit is located minutes from downtown Seattle, the waterfront and the University of Washington. Only 2 blocks to catch the local public transport. Light rail within 1 mile.
This is a bright daylight private lower unit with owners living above. There is a large patio for your enjoyment. We have easy, fast access to the freeway both North and South.
Our Unit is a large fully furnished 2 bedroom, each w/Queen Beds; 1 bathroom with Walk-in shower and a fully stocked kitchen, living and dining rooms.
Maximum 3 people.
We live in a quiet neighborhood and ask that you respect our home and neighbors. No parties, loud music or noise please.
We have a Heritage Tree in our back yard. A London Plane, over 100 feet tall with a 50 foot canopy. A beautiful giant.
No pets are permitted in order to provide a healthy space for future guests who may be sensitive.
Seattle is an Eco-Friendly city and has comprehensive sorting rules for recycling, food waste and garbage. There is a guide on the refrigerator for your convenience. We provide three separate containers for the different types of waste.
We have designed and furnished the unit with adults in mind. It is not safe or appropriate for babies or small children. Please let us know in advance if you have a pre-teen or teen you will be bringing along. Anyone under the age of 21 needs to be pre-approved for a stay. Also, free WiFi.
Again, owners live above, there are normal household noises (so if you desire complete silence you may want to look elsewhere.)
