Ridgeview Retreat is brand new and ready for guests. 4 bedroom/3 bath. Great location close to town and absolutely breathtaking views! Large 52 ft deck with Continental Divide views, nice patio space. Hot tub is on upper deck and plenty of patio furniture to relax and enjoy the view. 3 of the bedrooms can have attached baths. 1 king, 1 queen, on main level/ 1 split california king, 2 twin xl beds, and a queen sofa sleeper in the lower level family room. Split california king is an adjustable bed. All beds have Tempurpedic mattresses and luxury bedding.

Perfect stay

This house was perfect. It was super clean and had everything we needed. The views were amazing. The hot tub was wonderful. The location to town was so close. It was perfect for my family of 7. Thank you Linda!

Perfect home our family 6 adults. a six year old and infant.

We loved the layout of this property. The downstairs sitting room and 2 bedrooms were perfect for the kids and parents. The other 4 adults were upstairs. The kitchen table allowed us all to sit together and eat, and there was plenty room in the main living room for everyone to sit and play games and watch TV. The hot tub was ready to go and felt wonderful. We used the grill a couple of times and it was perfect. It was less than five minutes to the grocery store and other places in town yet we had the most beautiful view of the Continental Divide. You didn't even realize you were so close to town, as it felt like you were out in the country. It snowed the first day were over there and was beyond beautiful. There was plenty of hot water for all the adults taking showers and having up and downstairs washer & dryer was wonderful. There were plenty of things for the baby; crib, highchair, booster seat and pack and play! The only thing that this Great-Grandma would have loved would've been a rocking chair to rock my sweet baby. If we visit in Estes Park again in the summer, we will definitely book the Ridgeview Retreat

UNFORGETTABLE!

This house is everything you are looking for and more. Our trip was absolutely unbelievable. We loved the home so much we ended up extending our stay another night! The views from the upper deck are absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed morning coffee taking in the mountain ambiance and enjoyed an evening soak in the wonderful hot tub looking out at the unbelievable sunset upon the mountain landscape. Its just a very short drive to all the shopping, restaurants, and fun but also hidden away so it still has a rustic and private feel after a long busy day. The home is cozy, updated, and extremely clean. The homeowner Linda was friendly, helpful, professional and very easy to contact. If you are looking for an unforgettable trip don’t waste anytime booking this home!

Estes vacation

The house was perfect for what we needed. We had a group of 4 adults and 1 child for a weekend stay. The house is in a beautiful lookout spot, you have a gorgeous view from the upper balcony and the lower patio. Plenty of space for all of us and the host made everything accessible and easy. We would highly recommend this house.

I have been in Estes Park since 2004. After being a long term rental owner for 44 years it was a good time in my life for a new adventure in short term vacation homes in Estes Park. I love having the opportunity to provide a special place for guests to call home while visiting. Knowing the fun and memories that are being made is one of the reasons I love it so much. I have many, many, return guests who come year, after year, and feel they have truly found their home away from home in one of my vacation homes.

Why they chose this property

Views, Views, and more Views!!! This was a rare lot, available for the first time ever, in an incredible location. I bought the lot and built beautiful Ridgeview Retreat as a vacation home to share with my awesome guests! The views are breathtaking. I also own the 2 other homes on the mountain road where Ridgeview Retreat is located, so I felt it was a perfect fit as guest love the other two homes! You can book one of the homes, or all 3! No cement parking lots and looking into other people's windows. This home has a beautiful setting.

What makes this property unique

Location is wonderful! Close to all the town offers and easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park. Clear, unobstructed mountain views all around the home.
