About the Space/Area:
This sub-penthouse condo, offers affordability with great views. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and expansive living space, it provides ample accommodation for you and your family. Perched on the fifth floor, it's only minutes away from downtown San Jose del Cabo and a short 30-minute drive to Cabo San Lucas/Costco.

Convenience is paramount, with a Mega grocery store just a 5-minute ride away and Zipper’s Restaurant & Bar and 2 other beachfront restaurants within a minute's stroll along the beach, offering spectacular views of the ocean.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with ocean views from both the bed and shower. This room also boasts a private balcony. The second bedroom offers a king bed with ocean views, while the third bedroom provides a bunkbed with a queen-size bed on bottom and twin on top.

The living area is furnished with comfortable seating and a Smart TV for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with new pots, pans, plates, and utensils, while the dining area comfortably seats up to six.

Things to Note:
NO KIDS UNDER 13 ALLOWED IN THE JACUZZI

THERE WILL BE ROAD NOISE. We provide noise machines in each bedroom and suggest ear plugs for light sleepers.

Our Surf Locker comes with one soft top surfboard and one boogieboard. Condo comes with 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and a small cooler.

Construction time for Las Olas Condominiums is August 1-October 15 and the pool and jacuzzi will be closed. If you are booking in these months, please be mindful that there may be loud noise between 9am-5pm for all units in both buildings.

POOL/JACUZZI RULES (strictly followed)
Pool hours 7am-10pm.
No children under 13 allowed in the jacuzzi.
No children under 13 allowed in pool area without adult supervision.
Babies under 2 must wear swimming diapers.
Guests must rinse off before entering.
No running or diving.
No beach toys/boards in the pool.
Do not remove lounges from pool area.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, only 6 people are allowed in the condo at all times. Guests are required to provide names and ages of everyone who will be entering.

We follow a strict cancellation policy and HIGHLY recommend purchasing travel insurance.
