About this property

Delightful three bedroom beach house located just 200 metres from Main Beach & Horseshoe Bay, take the kids to the park to enjoy all the new play equipment or along the bike path. Only a short stroll to the local restaurants and shops.

This holiday house is ideal to accommodate couples and perfect for families.

Lovely light, living area with a ceiling fan, modern décor and appliances including LCD TV, DVD player and Foxtel.

Bedding consists of a new queen bed ensemble in main bedroom with ceiling fan, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a ceiling fan and the 3rd bedroom has 1 set of bunk beds and a single bed. There is the added addition of a fold away bed for that extra guest so can sleep 8 upon request.

There is an internal laundry located in the bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Second toilet located off the deck outside.

Spill from the kitchen to the deck to enjoy a BBQ with family or friends while you watch the kids playing in the fully fenced yard.

Mandy's is pet friendly so you can bring your furry friend with you. Plenty of room for a boat/trailer.

Please note this property is Pet Friendly , however your furry friends must remain outdoors.
Under no circumstances are you furry friends allowed inside.

Please note that sheets and towels are not supplied however can be hired for an additional fee, please contact our office and we will arrange this for you.

While we ensure that all beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases, quilts, and quilt covers, we kindly ask guests to bring their own sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels. South west rocks great place to stay

Convent to everything, my only downside was no internet, in this day and age we must have internet. Also I would hate to be in that place without air conditioning in summer, does need some updating.

Mandy's comfy cottage.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will be coming back to this cottage again.Close to the beach, very short walk.You can hear the ocean at night when it's quiet .Sit outside the front verandah with your friends or family.Closed to all shops and clubs and pubs ,Cafe too many to choose from.Walk along horseshoe bay and have swim while you are on the beach. Definitely coming back to this cottage.
