This property sits just blocks from downtown Lake City in a quiet neighborhood and backs right up to a mountain. Great two bedroom (both with queen beds) and one bath home it has an open living room area with comfortable couches to sit and relax after a day in the mountains. The sofa also folds out to a queen sofa bed for the extra guests or kids. There is a full kitchen with dining area as well as washer and dryer. The living room has a wood stove for those chilly evenings. There is plenty of off street parking for vehicles and trailer. Come up and enjoy this property today!

Home Base

This house is on a quiet street with deer eating in the front yard and rabbits playing in the backyard. It worked perfectly for my family as we traveled around the area.

Nice Lake City visit

We were looking for a place to serve as home base while in town trail running and racing. The house more than served its purpose, was clean and comfortable. I needed to do some remote work while I was there and the wifi was excellent. The town is filled with amazingly sweet, nice people. Overall, good solid rental unit and time in Lake City. Some minor nitpicks were the neighbors aggressive, barking dogs almost every time we left/entered the house, cookware is a bit of a hodge podge mix, and front door look can be hard to open. Otherwise, solid place!

Family Visit

This property was in the perfect location for walking to my daughter's house. It slept our family well and did exactly what we needed it to do. Heat was off when we arrived and house was very cold, but the house heated up quickly once we turned the heat on.

Great family vacation.

The place was just perfect. We were there for my son's wedding and the accommodations were just great. We had a wonderful time, and all of us were very comfortable

Modest but acceptable

We enjoyed our time in Lake City! It was very hot during our stay in early September and the home does not have A/C. That's not uncommon in the area, but it made for uncomfortable sleeping. Also, we felt to insecure to leave windows open at night except for the bedroom window. I was concerned someone could enter through a window without waking me. The trash must be removed and taken into town and placed in a dumpster behind the property manager's office. That wasn't a big deal since I had an off road vehicle available.
