Casa Skittles is the perfect home for guests seeking a luxury residence with a substantial and private outdoor living space. Situated close to the ever popular Cape Harbor in Cape Coral. From the stylish open plan Living area to the luxurious outdoor lounge area, everything in this home is modern and thoughtful by design.
On stepping through the double-door entrance you will be greeted with the popular Great Room layout where living, dining and the kitchen are combined to make one spacious main living area. Decorated in cool, modern beach-y tones, the high quality of this home is instantly apparent.
The Kitchen has been finished with wooden cabinets, central island and granite worktops. Stainless steel appliances complete the Kitchen fit for the most demanding of gourmet cooks. There is also also a huge Breakfast Bar area with seating for 6 persons - a perfect place to entertain your friends and family.
The Master suite is spacious and upscale in its' appointments. It comes furnished with a King size bed, cable TV and sliding doors to the pool area. The adjacent Master Bathroom completes the Master area of the home. The Master Bath has a separate large walk in shower, sunken bathtub and his and her basin area.
The guest bedrooms and bathroom are located on the other side of the house in a split plan design so to provide the ultimate in privacy for all guests. The second Guest Bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and stunning views from the large bay window over the dock area and wide canal views. The third Guest Bedroom also has a Queen size bed. The Guest Bathroom has a large walk in shower and finished with wooden cabinets for an upscale feel.
This home has been built with the stunning 'zero corner door' sliding glass doors. This means both sides of the sliding lanai doors open back so to completely open up the home to the outside, creating an indoor/outdoor living vibe. The pool deck area is very private and set within nearly 1/2 acre of established garden for extra privacy and space. The lanai area has its' own comfortable outdoor living area with cable TV so you can watch TV whilst enjoying the Florida sunshine. There is also a separate dining area overlooking the waterfront and Tiki Hut/dock area. The home is equipped with a large gas barbecue for outdoor dining and entertaining which is very much the focus of this wonderful home. Stepping out from the screened pool deck area, there is a large private dock withi Tiki Hut and rocking chairs overlooking the spectacular intersection view.
