Akaroa Waterfront Apartment is a beautifully restored colonial building from the 1830s, situated on the main street of the village. Offering breathtaking views of Akaroa, this second-level apartment features two spacious queen bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a sunlit lounge adorned with tasteful decor and exquisite artwork. The lounge also boasts French doors that open to a balcony overlooking the picturesque harbour.

Conveniently located across from the beach, guests have easy access to a fabulous playground and a premier beachfront restaurant known for its delicious fish and chips. Just below the apartment, there is a charming cafe that serves great coffee but. However it's important to note that being situated above the cafe may result in some morning noise.

The apartment's prime location ensures that all the necessary amenities for a relaxing weekend are within walking distance. The waterfront area offers a delightful array of shops where visitors can discover unique trinkets and treasures. For those with a vehicle, a short drive up the hill leads to the captivating Giant's House, a must-visit local attraction.

Akaroa Waterfront Apartment is fabulous!

Waking up to views of the harbour and mountains every morning was amazing. The location is perfect for short walks to the sights around Akaroa. Shops and restaurants close and the cruise tour dock only a few minutes away. Quiet evenings spent on the little balcony. Lots of attention to detail to make for a cozy "home away from home"! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Can't say enough about how wonderful this place is!

The location was great. We really loved the little Thai restaurant next door and the view from the place was beautiful. The apartment is well layed out and decorated so nicely. I would say the pictures don't do it justice. We were on a three-week trip so we really appreciated the washer and dryer. We also spent a lot of time out on the balcony looking out over the water. The whole family put this place at the top of our list of all the accomodations we stayed in during our three weeks in New Zealand. And there were many. Thank you for everything!
