Casa Itamambuca - Ubatuba

Ideal house for small families or couples in the middle of the preserved area on Itamambuca beach. Location easily accessible by the Rio Santos highway with local shops including bakery, market and restaurants. Beach known for its surfing championships that includes the world stage. The house has all appliances, kitchen utensils. We do not provide bed linen and towels. Internet access is 8mb. It does not have a TV but it has a Sky antenna via open for packages to be hired by the host according to his programming taste.
The accommodations are 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 mezzanine with 2 single beds and 2 single or 1 extra double mattress. Kitchen with 1 Frost Free duplex fridge and 1 backup duplex fridge. Internal bathroom and 1 in the laundry room. Located inside the condo in the left corner, 300mts from the beach.

Tranquilidade e comodidade

Gostaria de registrar a localização perfeita da casa, tanto para ir a praia (canto esquerdo de Itamambuca), quanto a promidade de uma cachoeira muito boa próximo da casa. Proprietário, muito solicito e prestativo, nos orientou, deu dicas e ajudou em tudo. Com certeza voltaremos adoramos

Casa aconchegante!

Casa simples, aconchegante, mas com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. Próximo a praia ( ideal levar o kit praia) de carro, e estacionar carro na casa, é bem pertinho! Tem uma "bica" bem gostosa pertinho da casa tbm, o proprietário José deu essa e outras dicas muito bacanas do que se fazer em Itamambuca ou perto de lá. Aliás o José foi muito solícito em todos os momentos que foi acionado.
