We are so happy to offer our home for your family get away. Located just outside of the Village itself, south of Artist's Brook, Sunset Hill Rd rises up past the business district onto the hill facing Southwest to the Moat Mountains. Spend the day exploring the area as the house is centrally located: 11 miles from Attitash, 2 miles from Cranmore & 7 miles from Storyland. Wildcat and Santa's village are about 45-60 minutes away. Into mountain biking? We are. Try exploring North Conway's East Side Trails (2.1 miles). Some other area attractions include rock climbing, golf, mini-golf, hiking, water parks, kayaking, fishing and snowmobiling. Don't forget to take a ride on the historic train or take a moose tour, ya never know, ya might get lucky.

Snow on the ground? No problem, just pull right into the garage, unload your equipment and step on into the mudroom. There is parking for two cars in the garage and parking for two-three additional cars in the driveway area.

You will love the main level. Prepare meals in our fully equipped kitchen or grill outside on the deck. Reconnect with your friends and family around the dinning room table, there's plenty of room! Relax on the couch and enjoy the sweeping view, that improves as the leaves fall, from the huge sliders or go right out to the deck. Retire to one of 5 bedrooms. Jewel's Crown has a king bed with it's own En Suite bathroom. Rocky's Retreat features a Queen Bed and large closet. Otto's Launch Pad has a queen bed, and Otto' s Crash Pad has a double with vintage posters on the walls. There are 3 additional queen beds in the lower level suite with ensuite bathroom.

Kids Zone - ready for some quiet time? Send the kids downstairs to the walk-out Lower Level. Interior stairs bring you to a family room with a cozy gas fireplace. There is sleeping for 6 in 3 bunk-beds. A full-bath is also located on this level. Walk-out to the backyard and enjoy the patio area. The washer and dryer are also located on this level.

The bathrooms are stocked with towels, wash cloths and soaps. Washer and dryer are also on site for your convenience and use. A coffee and tea selection is also available with various ways to sweeten your morning brew and non-dairy creamer to get you started. We provide individual condiments & sugar packets, spices, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, food storage, cooking oil/spray.
