Sun and Surf is located on one of the number one streets on the South Coast. With the rolling waves and miles of white sand at your doorstep you will be instantly engrossed in the holiday mode.

This three bedroom family holiday home has a spacious living and dining area where you can take in the views. A second living area is also available which adjoins the third bedroom, perfect for the kids/teenagers to have their own space. Full sized kitchen with dishwasher, well-appointed bathroom and a separate laundry with additional lavatory.

The front lawn and paved patio area is a great spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air and sea views, or take advantage of the generous sized backyard to entertain with a beverage, a BBQ and game of backyard cricket.

Sun and Surf is perfect holiday get away for the summer and ideal for the whale watching season!

Overview

Like me, the property is old and a little worn and needs a little maintenance! However very comfortable and ideal for my needs, a quiet restful break. Very well equipped. Also great location.

Waves crashing at surfers

Very peaceful overall. mattress too hard on all beds had to sleep on quilt . Cold tap in kitchen too stiff. All you need is there for you...

Well placed on top of the rise at Middleton

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay in this older clean and comfortable house, well placed on top of the rise at Middleton. The kitchen and bathrooms worked well (great stash of kitchen equipment) and I particularly enjoyed the pretty and open-feeling back garden and the front patio with view to the waves breaking further up the beach.

property close to great beach

Location location!! The house is only meters from the beach. You have to walk a little way ( about 200m )to access the beach. Its a very nice beach with some fun waves. The general area has conservation reserve parks for some interesting coastal reserve walks. Also nice town of Goolwa nearby.
