The Unit - This third floor unit has views over the marina from the balcony, which also has a gas BBQ and outdoor setting. The living area is air conditioned and has a flat screen TV and DVD player, a dining area and a kitchen with oven, cook-top, microwave and dishwasher. Two bedrooms (king bed and a queen), one bathroom with a shower and access to an external shared laundry too. Parking for one car in a single lock up garage (no boat or trailer parking at this property).

Disappointing management

Location was great and unit itself was well appointed with furniture, bedding etc. Unfortunately our stay was affected as the unit had not been cleaned at all on entering. It was un hygienic as toilets and shower was not clean. We also had no tea towels, bin bags or sponge for washing up. When contacting the property management company Alloggio we were told to buy cleaning products and clean the unit ourselves! They would reimburse us. After trying to contacting them multiple times through email, phone and in person, we were never reimbursed or contacted to follow up. This is unacceptable!

Very nice and comfortable stay

Very happy with the quality of the room and it's ammenities. A short walk to everything you could need which is great. At this time there is no supermarket near by but that will change when Woolies is built until then salamander bay is the closest. Great views of the marina and the water. Still very private and secure considering the front is pretty open. If I were to have one issue it would be the hot water service. Check that is is on when you get there. It's very small so I see trouble for families getting everyone showered without the water running out. Otherwise a great place I won't hesitate to go back to again.
