Please note our pet policy: A pet fee of $80.00 for the first pet and $40.00 for the second applies to stays under 15 nights. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate three or more pets. If you're bringing a second pet, the fee will be added manually for your convenience.

Awesome location! Will be back

The host was very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The house was very clean and was exactly what we were expecting and more. The family hung out by the fire pit one night after grilling up some steaks. The only issue I had, is we couldn’t stay longer. Was convenient to everything downtown, and several eateries within walking distance.

Perfect Spring Break getaway with littles

My best friend and I took our 3 boys (two 6yr olds and a 1yr old) to Chattanooga for their spring break. The house was so close to everything we wanted to do...walking distance to most things and a short drive to others. It was a perfect size for our group and was fully equipped with everything we needed. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming to us. The host was absolutely AMAZING!! She answered all our questions quickly and even provided us with some additional ideas for fun things to do during our visit. We could not be happier with our stay!! If we're ever in Chattanooga again, we will definitely stay here.

Location Location Location!!

Our stay at this house was absolutely amazing! The house is located within a few miles of so many restaurants and bars. Our host was nothing short of amazing. She gave quick responses and made things so smooth and comfortable for us! I highly recommend booking this house.

Clean and conscientiously appointed bungalow

April’s bungalow is charming. Squeaky clean throughout. Stocked with all necessary kitchen and bathroom items. All appliances function well. The refrigerator has a built in water filter. High quality linens and towels. Convenient location to North shore restaurants and shops.

Perfect home!

The home was so comfortable and clean. All the essentials were there for our stay and extra treats for the dog! The location is easy to walk to restaurants and shops on Northshore. The fire pit and chairs are great in the backyard! You should try it out!

You can explore Renaissance Park, Walnut Street Bridge, The carousel located in Coolidge Park, or catch an evening performance at the Chattanooga Theatre Centre.
Chattanooga offers eco-friendly economical public bike transit systems called Bike Chattanooga or you may hitch a ride on the Electric Shuttle from North Shore to Downtown. It is a Free green ride!
