Large fenced back yard. Back patio has a propane grille with propane available. Fully functional kitchen with pots, pans, bowls, crockpot, blender, plates, silverware, knives, mugs, etc.

Breakfast area has table for 4. Formal dining has a table with 6 chairs. Sunroom has a table with seating for 8. Back yard patio also has 2 tables and 8 chairs.

Great family gathering spot

Property is terrific layout for family gathering & special event at TAMU. Property is clean & in great shape. Spacious. Full kitchen amenities. Owner welcoming & attentive throughout to all our questions & planning needs.

Great Location

The house is in Bryan but close to both campus and the downtown Bryan area. Bruce was the most responsive host I’ve experienced. This will be on my list for future events in CS.

Great house in Bryan

House was wonderful!! Came in for the Aggies Vs LSU game! What a game!!!! Brought our LSU friends!! house was very clean and spacious!! nice location!
