Perfect for a large family stay

This is our second stay and I highly recommend this house. Great house, great location.

House needs maintenance

Overall the house is in a nice spot and is perfect for a sizeable family or group. The open plan living is a real plus when having a holiday. However the couches should be replaced, they were dirty and one of them worn to the padding. There is no air conditioning which during summer would make the house almost unbearable as it does heat up. The outdoor decking is in desperate need of maintenance, someone will get injured if not repaired soon. I wouldn't let my kids run freely in the yard as they might literally break a bone as the wood has decayed severely further down the yard.

Tired and in need of some TLC

Group of 9 stayed for 8 nights. Plenty of space for 2 families and in a good location. However the house is neglected. Windows and doors covered in cobwebs. Dead flies on window sills. Bathroom in need of deep clean. Old washing machine and no clothes dryer. The drying rack they had was wobbly and rusted. Dirty and lumpy couches One house key supplied for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. No WIFI Overall disappointing

A Relaxing Week

Property was large and well laid out. The area was quiet and an easy walk to the front beach. We had an excellent stay. There were only four of us, but house is big enough for 2-3 families. My suggestions for improvement - the house needs wi-fi and a new dinner set.
