Nestled alongside the Marina is a pristine and private cottage getaway. A large patio extends onto a sprawling, private green space with a beautiful view of the water lined with sailboats and fishing boats. Enjoy your own forty five foot boat slip and dock suitable for up to forty foot power boat or sailboats.

Inside enjoy a bright, fully renovated living space with vaulted ceilings, complete with up-to-date fixtures and appliances. Relax in the cozy living room with a large overstuffed recliner, plush carpet, and a full size pull-out sofa. Up-to-date kitchen provides a full electric range, ample counter & cupboard space, microwave - everything you need right down to the spices.

The bathroom contains a stand-up shower and a new vanity and lighting. A convenient stackable washer and dryer just outside the bathroom. There are two bedrooms at the other end of the cottage, one with a queen size bed and the other with two twin beds.

Mislead

Greeted with the over abundance of smell from three glad plug ins. Almost all of the window handles and blinds were broken. There in the private marina bathroom in the middle of the rental. HVAC system works however is LOUD in the bedrooms. Outside woodwork needs work- paint chipping and uneven boards. Would not rent again.

Another good experience

Second stay here. Clean and well-equipped like last year. Some confusion as to which boat slip we were supposed to use, but we worked that out with the other renter. It was alittle noisier this year, due to some other fishermen close by, but still enjoyed this location and will likely rent this place again next summer!

Boats and Marina Life

We rented these cottages because we celebrated my son's high school graduation party in the park. We wanted access to a refrigerator and a place to lay down while enjoying the festivities. The Cottage and the Franklin were perfect for this occasion. We had family from out of state staying at the Franklin. It was absolutely wonderful. The only complaint i have is the goose poop around the yard. I picked it all up because we built our fire to roast marshmallows on the side of the house.
