Freshen up

The apartment was very clean and had a lovely bathroom. Walking through the fence into the yard and for was disappointing. The back fence was falling down and the yard was unkept. Once inside there was a musty smell.

Awesome location close to airport!

We had a great trip overall. Canadians down in Florida to watch spring training baseball. This Vrbo location was perfect for our trip..we were within an hour drive of the furthest ball park we needed to get to. And after a day in the hot sun it was perfect to come back to this nice little place and relax in the air conditioning. No complaints at all!

Definately a hidden gem

Unit was very cute and clean. Easy to access and good communication with host. The neighborhood doesnt reflect the unit. It is very quiet and safe. Definitely would recommend.

Great place for getaway!

Overall the property manager was very easy to contact and great! Place was clean and cozy. Con is location is a bit far from downtown and Clearwater beach! Overall great stay!!

Quaint, little place

This is a perfect spot for staying in the Tampa area. Not horribly far from the airport or Raymond James stadium, there are other attractions close by. While small, it was just perfect for us. We used the fridge but did not cook or need to use other dining items provided. This lil place is just a 25-30 minute drive to Clearwater beach and there are plenty of places nearby to grab food or coffee. I would have liked a couple more towels during our stay, but I didn’t ask for additional. Good value for the stay.

Our Honeymoon Trip

My Husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was perfect for just the two of us! Loved that it was equipped with pots, pans and dishes so that I could cook us breakfast in the morning. We loved the jacuzzi very relaxing! Fernando was a great host!

Well decorated and very homey

My partner and I stayed here for four days and three nights, it’s a great location right in the center of everything. It’s a little congested traffic-wise, but about the same distance to Busch gardens as it was to downtown Tampa. It wasn’t too far from Clearwater either. Overall we had a great time whether we were out or spending the night in. The shower and tub were definitely highlights of the apartment.

Excellent, quiet, clean stay

From the privacy to the quiet neighborhood, everything was spot on. This area was very close to freeway entrance. Plenty of restaurants and necessity places within reach. Couple beaches 10-20 min out. Would book again...

Great Place To Stay!

The place was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and perfectly located. Fernando (the host) was responsive and easy to work with and has done an excellent job creating a top notch place to stay. He has thought of everything for his guests' comfort and convenience as the place is well stocked with anything you would need. If you're looking for a clean, quality and comfortable place to stay in the Tampa area this is a GREAT location as it is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the Town & Country area and is convenient to everything. I would definitely come back whenever I visit the Tampa area!

Cute clean place.

Everything was tidy and in good shape. The entrance was a bit strange. Had to enter through the back yard. Overall great place to crash after a good comedy show. Joe Koy was hilarious.

Perfect Place to Stay

This was the most relaxing place I've ever stayed in. The jacuzzi was where I spent most of my time! Everything was so quiet and private. As a woman who traveled alone, I felt very safe.

Just what i expected

It was a very small space but it was perfect for my boyfriend and I. The bed was comfortable and although the kitchen was small, it was enough for us. The bathroom was great but had some issues with the jacuzzi. Location is a bit iffy but not too bad if you don’t mind the drive.

Very nice!

Unfortunately, we were only there for one night, got in late and had to leave first thing in the morning. Very bright and inviting, quiet, comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom with a very inviting tub. Wish we would have had time to enjoy it all.

Great stay!

We stayed here in late March and were very happy with our experience. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, with access to the highway close by. We were able to explore the gulf side of Florida during the day and return to the lovely apartment in the evening. We didn't use the small kitchenette, as we really only needed a place to sleep and shower. This place was perfect! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom is large and equipped with soft towels. Fernando was there to greet us to make sure everything was as needed. It was a great stay!

Premier home away from home

Completely accommodating, very nice and peaceful home. Your own yard, your own front door all in a secluded area of the property. Very relaxing after a long day of work.
