Great family stay

We really loved our stay at the house and look forward the the next stay. My wife, daughter, and I spent the week in Manzanita and wish we had more time. The house is set up nicely and well furnished, location is prime, and the access to the beach is so close. Highly recommended and will stay again.

Relax time at Manzanita

The house was perfect. The bedrooms are downstairs , very comfortable. The only complaint was the chairs for the dining table are not very comfortable . But the kitchen was well supplied with good items that you want to cook with. We had a great time I would stay again . Very clean! Would prefer the old 11 am check out vs 10 am. That made for a quick morning exit. Thanks

Great View

We loved this place. Great Views, Comfortable bed, Kitchen very well stocked. Only down side was no cable and not a very good choice of movies, but we rarely watch tv so it was ok for us. We would definitely stay here again. Location to the beach and town was perfect for walking our dog.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The views from the upstairs are great. It's a little farther from the main drag in town than I realized when I booked it. But that also results in things being a little quieter, which is nice.

This property is a darling spot for 2 or 4 people. We did have a negative experience.

No working wi-fi here and management said they couldn’t get ahold of the owner???? Do not rent this spot without making sure there is a new router in the home. Other than no wi-if it was very good.

60 th anniversary get away in a pet friendly unit

The place was clean and very nice. It provided the accommodation we needed for our 110 lb rottie . Great opportunity to have a place to relax in comfort.

Clean and close to the beach.

This property is very clean and the space was what I expected from the pictures. The house was nice for a weekend getaway, but it does a little maintenance We didn’t spend any time outside on the deck but if it had been summer or nicer outside I wouldn’t have felt comfortable hanging out on it. Several boards have been replaced but several more need to be replaced The grill was really dirty so we didn’t use it and the bicycle tires were flat. One more important note is that there are a lot of stairs up to the house’s main entrance and down to the bedrooms which may be difficult for anyone who is elderly has mobility issues. Overall, we had a comfortable stay in this clean comfortable home.

Beach Memories

Access to the beach is important. It had great access. The views were good. The golf course was right around the corner too. Nice little town. The only thing I didn't like was the couch. Thanks for the great memories.

Home was clean. NO INTERNET ACESS. For 5 days we tried to get this fixed. No one knew how.

Frustrating because we couldn’t get internet. We had planned a working vacation. So extremely frustrating! No one could figure this out. Many many calls to Meredith Lodging. The home was clean, and a nice rental except for that big problem. Will certainly use caution before renting here again. Very disappointing.

Perfect location for this community

Great location on the main street at the end of the road. The house is ideal for a small group of 3-4 people. Great view from the front deck. The living room is a bit small, but there are plenty of windows. Overall it's very cute! Easy check in and well appointed kitchen made it a great stay.

birthday getaway

I've been coming to this house for my birthday for at least 10 years. The location is superb. Admittedly though the house is showing wear and tear; a rotten board and nails sticking up on the deck, the refrigerator hum is so loud it woke me up in the downstairs bedroom. I had to change rooms. Rusting window blinds and some windows that don't work. The drawer below the oven simply fell off. A lot of little things.

Great location - with a few minor kinks

If you’re looking to stay right near the beach - this is it! Cons: one of the keys didn’t work, the toilet downstairs was clogged and we found a dead cockroach in the kitchen pantry. Pros: It’s right across the street from the beach and has a big wrap around deck where we spent most of our time. We booked this trip fairly last minute and in the future, we’ll look for a place that’s a bit better kept.

Lovely cozy home in great location

We very much enjoyed our stay in this fabulous location. The view was lovely, right across from the beach and the windows make it very easy to enjoy. The house is small but perfect for our family of four.
