Great location

Great location as listed. Fridge and floors a bit dirty but location overshadowed it all. Family had a great time. Check in was easy and Coastal Rental staff was extremely friendly and great communication from the start!!!

Location is fabulous!

Just steps to the beach and awesome views. The place is very outdated. When we arrived, the place was not thoroughly cleaned. Called Coastal Resorts, they apologized and the cleaning company came back within a hour.

Paying for the view

The condos kitchen appliances are outdated, carpet in the living room and bedroom are old. There is also a chair at the living room table that the wheels kept falling out of. Coastal Rentals was very helpful through the renting process. Overall we had a great time in Ocean City but we will chose a different condo next year.

Condo was fairly run down. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, air conditioner in bedroom was so loud it interfered with sleep. Location was great-just walk out on the beach. Condo definitely needs better locks on door. We had someone banging and trying to get in at 2:30 am

Beach within Steps

Very small and quaint but comfortable. Best feature is it is right on the beach which we loved. A/C in bedroom needs replaced. It circulates air but does not cool and ceiling fan does little on hot days. A ceiling fan would also go a long way in living room. All in all we had a great time.
