Upstairs comprises an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The unique kitchen design is perfect for entertaining with a gas cooktop, electric oven and a dishwasher. The living area has a flat screen tv, dvd player and direct access to the large balcony. The master bedroom has a queen bed. There is a bathroom with a shower, vanity and w.c.

Downstairs is a light filled 2nd bedroom with queen bed, 3rd bedroom with two single beds and a shower, vanity and separate w.c.

Property includes reverse cycle air conditioning, 8 seater outdoor dining table and a gas bbq. Off street parking is available.

Close to the Bluff and Whalers Restaurant, get up early and climb The Bluff for breathtaking sunrise views that encapsulate Encounter Bay, Victor Harbor and Granite Island.
