Charming modern townhouse in the heart of Panama city beach. Located in Gulf Highlands Beach resort. 2 bedroom 1.5 bath plus a sofa bed in the living room. Has everything you need and more! Just a couple minutes walking to the beach. The resort has 11 pools, kids playground, 4 tennis courses, shuffleboard courts, 18 hole miniature gulf, clubhouse with a snack bar and a fitness room. its about 5 minutes drive to Zooworld and Shipwreck waterpark

Late checkout: Due to a tight turnover we have a strict policy of $30 per hour for first 2 hours, and $50 per hour thereafter.

Awesome place

This is our second time to stay in this unit and we’ve loved it both times! Nice and neat, and conveniently located to everything . Just a short walk to the beach.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a great time at Gulf Highlands! The condo was overall clean and the meds were comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and being across from one of the pools was great. We will definitely be returning.

Mostly great!

Communication from host was quick and very responsive. Great location, just a quick walk to the beach. Disappointed that clubs and balls for putt putt were not available either from the host or the property. Directions on how to adjust the thermostat would have been helpful.

Summer Vacation 2022

This was our first time visiting Panama City Beach and it was wonderful. Condo was very nice and close to the beach. Looking forward to scheduling again!
