In town for mini vacay

Everything was exactly as pictured. Neighborhood and property was nice and clean. There was open and prompt communication with the propety owner and we enjoyed our stay.

Annual Orlando Golf Trip

Had a great time at the house. Perfect for our group of 8 golfers to have a nice 19th hole to go to after our daily round of golf.

Family Disney Vacation

While the house was beautiful, spacious, and functional, we did experience some issues during our family vacation. First and foremost, the code issued for the house and alarm did not work. The house was unlocked but upon entering, the alarm triggered and police came out. I repeatedly called and texted the numbers provided in the welcome packet and received no response. I was able to prove that we were supposed to be there but this commotion went on for well over an hour and we actually missed picking up our family members from the airport, as a result. It wasn’t until I contacted VRBO directly that another number was provided and still after several attempts, I finally received a response and a new code to use. Needless to say, we were a bit frazzled to start our vacation! Secondly, the house appeared clean, however, the floors were not. They clearly had been swept but not cleaned! Lastly, the pool gate was broken. I had seen this on another post and reported while there but I was disappointed it was not addressed prior to our visit. We did have small children, including a toddler so that was a big concern. Overall, despite these challenges, we did enjoy our time there and the overall use of the home. It was equipped with everything needed in the kitchen.

Golf trip

House as advertised, just like all others if they spent just a little more on amenities and some minor upgrades there would be no complaints. Hot tub does not get hot, no towels or cloths in the kitchen, no hooks to hang towels in bathrooms etc. Little things that aren't deal breakers but would make it a little nicer.

Nice place

Nice size house, pool area was very nice, beds are nice there was no wash cloths, electrical was out in a bedroom and half of the outlets upstairs. Smoke detectors was beeping called to have it fixed nobody came so we pd 20.00 to replace the batteries. The dryer squealed. No hot pads no trash bags minimal paper products.
