Welcome to the holiday house Waxenstein!

The modern and stylish 4-star holiday home offers a wonderful view of the Zugspitze and is only a few minutes from the centre. The house has a fireplace, hardwood floors and a 1,000m2 garden. The house is equipped with modern and comfortable furniture and can accommodate 6-8 people.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 separate WC, dining room, living room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, reading room, large garden with garden furniture, 2 balconies and 2 terraces and a conservatory. Traumhaus!

Tolles Haus in absoluter ruhiger Lage, wunderschön eingerichtet, grosser und gemütlicher Garten mit Traumblick auf die Berge. Mega - nette Verwalterin!

Charming Escape

Correspondence with Anneliese was easy and response time was excellent. There were 8 adults and bedrooms and baths were plentiful. We were centrally located which made walking to town, the bakery, the butcher shop easy! We enjoyed the patio and the Mountain View; the birds greeted us each morning; and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. There is a bedroom on the first floor which works well for persons with limited mobility; the stairs to the second floor were narrow and steep so keep in mind with older adults or children. We all had a wonderful stay! Thank you, Anneliese, for sharing your home with us!

Wunderschönes Haus, zentral und ruhig gelegen

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Großzügig geschnitten und gemütlich eingerichtet mit einem tollen, eingezäunten Garten, ideal mit Hund. Die Übergabe vor Ort lief hervorragend über die herzliche und sehr umsichtige Verwalterin, Frau Trechsler! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Peace and beauty in GaPa

Our family reunion was so memorable mainly because of this house and location. It was so comfortable and in a super neighborhood. We were in walking distance of city center with an easy drive to other attractions. We would book it again without hesitation.
