This newly renovated home comprises of four bedrooms and is ideally located in lovely position in Smiths Beach, both walking distance to YCW beach and Smiths Beach.

This home sleeps 10 people comfortably and contains tv, dvd, There is a huge outdoor deck, bbq, dishwasher, 2 toilets, and an open plan living dining area. It is a fully fenced block and is only a few hundred metres from the beach.

Lots of bedrooms smallish living area/kitchen and big deck.

pets are welcome- strictly outside only (Conditions apply)

Moto Gp is a 7 night minimum! Linen is supplied for World Superbikes and Motogp only.

Please ensure you bring your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels or linen can be hired through South Coast Laundry Services.

Think this house is owned by Quakers.

The house location is awesome but the house itself is shabby and underwhelming. The kitchen is poorly appointed - 1 fry pan and very few dishes. Lots of baking pans? The bedrooms were old fashioned and the room with a sofa bed was tiny abs the suds bed was small and uncomfortable. There‘a only 1 bathroom with another sep wc. There’s only 1 small mirror so getting ready to go out everyone was crammed into the bathroom. And the living room is functional. The tv is off on a cupboard away from where the sofas are - so if you’re thinking about family movie night or if it’s raining it’s not a great place to stay. No coffee machine or plunger and generally mean spirited in how unwelcoming the owners of this house obviously are. It’s old and shabby and not a lovely space for families to enjoy. Over priced for 4 nights. Find another house in smiths beach.
