About this property

This spacious apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a very large balcony and an open plan fully equipped kitchen/living area. The living area has a 48" flat-screen with satellite TV. A large glass table with chairs adjoining the living/dining area to the kitchen.We also have WiFi in the apartment and there is also a playstation 2 with games for the children.

The apartment is fully air conditioned, with heating for winter rentals. For peace of mind there is a video entry system.
Beds and Matresses have just been changed in June 2023.
The master bedroom has a double bed, TV-DVD combined, built-in wardrobes with safe, dresser and mirror, bedside tables and lamps, along with a large en-suite. The second bedroom has twin beds, built-in wardrobes, and bedside table with lamp.

Superb Apartment

Apartment was perfect for us - within walking distance of marina and old town. The apartment and pool area were spotlessly clean and the new beds super comfortable. Very well equipped with everything one could need. Carlos was very helpful when we had a minor problem with one of the AC units. 100% recommend.

Top Appartement in top Lage.

Waren sehr zufrieden. Carlos hat uns freundlich empfangen. Das Appartement ist sehr groß und der riesige Balkon ist mit gemütlichen Möbeln ausgestattet. Betten waren auch sehr bequem.

Good apartment, bad cleaning

The apartment is modern, location is good, swimmingpool very good. The beds and matrasses are horrible, not ok for an apartment like this! The cleaning was very bad, fingerprints everywhere, a lot of dust, very smoothy! The vacuum cleaning system did not work: spare parts were missing. After we complained the cleaners came next day and cleaned the apartment. Beautifull large terrace, but disturbing noise of the traffic. Owner and manager very kind and helpfull, but again: beds and matrasses must be replaced!!

Bonito apartamento, boa localização

O apartamento tem uma decoração muito bonita, uma varanda excelente. A localização também é boa, perto de várias praias e do centro. A parte negativa é que deviam ter uma limpeza mais cuidada.
