Newhaven, Mount Martha is an expansive luxury holiday house showcasing magnificent bay views from both levels and is the perfect holiday retreat for families or girls weekend escapes. Imagine yourself surrounded by the best of everything. On the upper level be mesmerised by the captivating water views through the floor to ceiling windows from the living areas and master bedroom and huge upper deck.
This luxury holiday house not only overlooks one of the best views on the bay across Mt Martha through the floor to ceiling windows but also a Flood Lit Championship Mod Grass Tennis Court, a deluxe in-ground deluxe 10-metre solar heated salt water swimming pool and jacuzzi, seating up to 10 people on the lower entertainment deck and 3 spacious living rooms. Enjoy the ultimate in entertainment in the rear upper living room, designed as Home Theatre with surround sound. There is a LED 55 inch Plasma TV, Blue Ray DVD/CD player, Foxtel, designer chaise lounge, library, games and games table.
Indoor living at this luxurious holiday house is 5 star. Marvel at the designer furniture on both levels including the dining room table or enjoy a good book or conversation on the 4.2 metre Jasper luxury chaise lounge suite which seats 8. You will love the warmth of the real log fireplace (firewood included!) positioned within the decorative feature wall alcoves which hold home beautiful curiosities.
The gourmet chef's kitchen will please with stainless steel appliances, a large pantry, ample storage, fully stocked with kitchen utensils and all the extras.
The property accommodates a maximum of 8 adults and 4 children. There are 5 bedrooms (master with King bed and views on the upper level, alcove with desk, dressing table, ensuite with shower/vanity/toilet and walk in robes), all dressed with gorgeous luxury linen. Downstairs are further bedrooms including a King Bed with robes with entrance to pool deck alongside another room which contains a King Bed, 2 King Singles (which can be joined to make a King) with robes and a writing desk and further bedroom with 2 bunk beds with robes and writing desk. These last 2 bedrooms are designed to signify a boys and girls dorm. There is a bathroom (bath/basin) and a separate shower room and toilet on this level. Between the dorms and the king bedroom there is a great entertainment room for children which houses a Wii/Playstation 3, 40 inch LCD Plasma TV and lead directly onto the lower deck, pool and tennis court. There are 2 separate Foxtel connections on both levels. Perfect for families!

There is a secure 2 car remote garage (with internal access and space for push bikes/surf boards) and plenty of space in the landscaped circular driveway to park a boat. For golfing enthusiasts there is a golf driving range on the property to practice before you head to one of the Peninsula's most magnificent golf courses.

Please note:
(i) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $3,000.00 is required for all bookings.
We (Holiday Shacks) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this.
A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments.
After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made.
(ii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
(iii) Strictly no pets allowed: This property is not pet friendly. Evidence of pets will ensure bond is withheld.
(iv) We do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, groups under 28 years of age, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age.
(v) Additional charges apply ($140 per day) for gas pool heating but not solar heated pools or gas heated spa. Please inform Holiday Shacks if you wish to have gas pool heating at the time of booking to ensure this can be arranged for your stay. Guests must book pool heating for the duration of their stay.
(vi) Guests are required to sign a clause ensuring the protection and upkeep of the furniture while staying at Newhaven.
