Let us welcome you to our quiet and clean Guesthouse. Fully separate and private, with a cozy king bed, a full kitchen and laundry room. Lush garden and pool area, maintained on a daily basis. Experience a truly different stay with the perfect blend of privacy and service -- unlike many other hosts, we live on property grounds in the main house which is a traditional style bed and breakfast*, and are always reachable and available to welcome you, answer questions, or for additional housekeeping services, while still having your own privacy and space. We also offer a delicious breakfast at an affordable price every morning 8-9 am. We are perfect for working adults, couples, and friends looking for a clean, quiet, safe, and friendly place to stay. We welcome business travelers as well. There is free parking available and a host of other services and amenities you'd expect from a standard hotel, such as wifi and cable, on demand movies, shows and books, and many more . Our neighborhood is safe, and the guesthouse and property grounds are secluded and always monitored. It is possible to make an exception for *very small* pets.

Free parking on site. Guesthouse is fully detached from the main building and is located in a secluded area in the back yard away from the street. Large, private backyard patio with outdoor kitchen at your disposal. 750 sq/f, 1 BR with king bed and walk-in closet, large living room with sleeper couch, dining area, kitchen with large fridge and dishwasher, stylish bathroom with shower stall and laundry room with washer and dryer at your disposal. WiFi, cable TV, free movies, books, etc. The space very clean, tidy, and well furnished. Kitchen is stocked with basics and a full range of cooking necessities at the beginning of your stay.
We are in a quiet, residential area, so we recommend having a rental car or Uber/Lyft to get around. We are in a safe neighborhood for walking, but we are not really walking distance from the local attractions. Convenient location near Hollywood Beach, Miami and Ft. Lauderdale are only a short drive away, plus local attractions. We're only 7 minutes from the beach in Hollywood, and half hour from south beach, minus the noise and crowds! Sawgrass and Aventura malls are a 20 minute ride away.
OUR POLICIES AND HOUSE RULES:

-We are a long term rental with a lease. You must contact us first, wait for our reply, and discuss your needs PRIOR to making a booking request. We only accept reservations of 30 days or longer, starting on the 1st of the month and ending on the 1st of the month. We could offer a slight flexibility on this with longer reservations. Due to the fact that our minimum stay is 30 days, for safety reasons, we accept only guests who have at least one prior trip through this website and at least 1 positive review. Thanks for understanding.
- Base quote promotion is for ONE person. Price will be higher for two guests.
- The outdoor areas of the property are shared spaces
- Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.
- Visitors to our property are allowed only through prior, written permission by the landlord, on a case by case basis. There is 1 visitor spot, with a sign in sheet.
- Parking available for ONE vehicle only. Free, private, and off-street.
- We strongly recommend having a car/taxi/uber if you want to get around.
- Pool and garden are shared spaces.
- No pets, kids under 12, or smoking indoors permitted.
- Marijuana use is tolerated but it must be done completely inconspicuously. You cannot bring any marijuana smell into the building, on your clothes or otherwise. Drug paraphernalia such as bongs must be stored in airtight containers while indoors.
- We do not tolerate inebriation or altered behaviors of any kind on our property.
- We require that tenants keep the apartment in very clean and neat condition. We inspect our unit once every two weeks (with 24h notice), and if it is not kept in good condition (smell, spills, stains, dirty fridge/oven/counters etc), we will have to hire a maid. You would be responsible for the costs associated with the maid and cleaning the unit properly.
- Pool hours are 9am - DUSK, pool is not heated.
- We require humidity control at all times within the apartment.
- We have a small friendly dog (15# Yorkie/Terrier mix) and outdoor cat on the property.
- WiFi and Cable TV service are complimentary. We cannot guarantee 100% availability. The building has it's own optional separate wifi and cable hookup you can purchase through Comcast or ATT at your own expense if desired.
