About this property

Ultimate Paradise in Bearadise | HOA Private Pier and Beach Access

This roomy and professionally designed Lake Tahoe cabin is a quick six minute walk to the lake and situated in a quiet, peaceful, and family-friendly neighborhood. The home was recently gutted and redesigned by the homeowner herself. Her goal was to create a first floor that fused together family and entertaining areas while maintaining proper room delineation and provide a fluid traffic pattern for lots of visitors.

Throughout the home you will find hints of Tahoe inspired decor that have been thoughtfully placed starting with the large living room as you enter the property. The homeowner created design schematics that brought elements from the outside in, such as a custom built river rock wall highlighting the wood burning fireplace. The first floor flows seamlessly into the modern kitchen that will have the chef in the family never wanting to leave. The high ceilings with painted beams, large farm sink, and the large center island with seating for four are just a few examples of the added charm to the modern designed kitchen. Off of the kitchen you will find additional two additional dining areas; formal and informal. The informal dining area includes a beautiful rustic farm table with seating for 4. Making your way back to the front of the home you will find the formal dining area with seating for eight.

On the second floor you'll find the three bedrooms with an added master suite and a laundry room. The remaining decor throughout the home reflects touches of the homeowners favorite alpine activities such as snow shoeing and cross-country skiing. Hints of blue were added in carefully chosen spaces such as the entry and stairway to give nod to "big blue".

If you are in the mood for the outdoors or activities, take advantage of the Tahoe Cedars Homeowners Association private beach and private pier just across the road.

Great location, clean and cute home
We loved our stay here. The house is well laid out, the kitchen is great for family meals, location is excellent. Close to Meeks bay, lots of biking and hiking trails around. Close to convenience store and coffee shop. Would return

I really liked the place but there needs to be some attention to maintenance.
Great place but a few things need repairing. The soap holder for the dishwasher is broken. There are too many controllers for the TV system so it is not user-friendly and was unused. The drain in the master suite bathroom needs to be repaired. A plastic chair shattered upon being seated on the back deck. The smoke detector went off though there was zero smoke.

Bright, Spacious and Beautiful
Our family has stayed at this property several times. We love the open floorplan downstairs. Easy for gathering and meals. The windows let in all the Tahoe light and beauty. Kitchen is well stocked and the property is always clean and well maintained. It’s a quick nice walk to the lake with pizza, coffee, and ice cream on the way. We always look forward to our stays at this property!
