We are very excited to offer this oceanfront property. This second floor, 1 bedroom unit is centrally located near to the elevators and stairs, overlooking the largest pool in Daytona and the amazing Atlantic Ocean. Our private condo offers all the necessities you look for in a relaxing vacation: beautiful furniture, comfortable king size bed, stainless appliances, granite countertops, full size fridge, 4 burner electric stove/oven, kitchen utensils, linens, towels, and beach towels.
The condo has beautifully tiled floors throughout. The separate bedroom offers a private escape with a a **FIRM** King size bed with pillow topper, multiple pillows, and all the linens. There is a ceiling fan light fixture, and tv with remote in the bedroom. Nightstands with lamps are located on each side of the bed, and the table with clock is set up at the foot of the bed, which also allows for additional storage. An extra dresser is available so you can unpack and settle in. The windows in the bedroom have blackout curtains on them offering complete privacy if you want to sleep in.
Across the hall from the bedroom is the bathroom. It has a granite countertop and beautifully tiled bathtub/shower combo with grab bar. Two recessed lights have been added to the shower area. Additional Towels are located under the sink. Starter pack of Shampoo/conditioner/body wash/TP are supplied.
Please run the dehumidifier located in the hallway, it helps keep the humidity at a better comfort level. DO NOT push dehumidifier up against the wall as it will crimp the self-pumping hose causing a shut down.
From the Living Room and Kitchen area you are immediately drawn to the amazing view of the ocean and pool. From your prime location on the second-floor balcony, you can see everything! The balcony has comfortable high-top chairs and a table for relaxing with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. A clothes rack is provided to hang wet swimsuits or towels out to dry. The morning sunrises are a sight to behold! Because the condo windows face due east, the morning sun can be very bright. The Living Room has blackout curtains on the tinted windows in the living room. The blackout curtains will also help to keep the condo cool from the morning heat. Keeping them closed until the sun gets further overhead and shades the balcony. This makes a huge difference inside the condo during the the summer. Please do not prop the balcony door open when the AC is on.
The LR currently has two couches, one is a full-size sleeper. The wall mounted new 55" tv w/ remote, makes viewing easy from anywhere in the kitchen or living room. The kitchen offers everything you need to make your stay feel like home: full size fridge, 4 burner stove, oven, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, coffee maker, blender, and various kitchen gadgets. There is counter seating available, as well as a high-top table and two stools. Overhead lights make the unit feel comfortable and cozy.
Outside on the pool deck is a Beach shower and Restrooms are located near the indoor pool(currently closed- no date on reopening indoor pool at this time). BEACH SHOWER at the top of the stairs helps rinse off excess sand from your feet and beach accessories. Please do not use the pool to rinse off sand as this clogs the pool pipes.
Shopping, restaurants and grocery stores are all within a few minutes' drive.
FREE PARKING. No Trailers longer than 16 feet allowed. We are conveniently located just minutes from retail shopping, Daytona Flea Market (Open Fri, Sat, Sun) multiple grocery stores (Winn Dixie is within walking distance!), all kinds of restaurants (seafood and other) to meet every need, parasailing, fishing, marina's, Daytona Boardwalk, Daytona Lagoon, Airboat tours, Stand Up Paddle-boarding, Ponce Lighthouse, Marine Science Center (must see!). Disney/SeaWorld are about 90 minutes away into Central Florida. Cape Canaveral Visitor Center is approx. 60 mins away and one of the best day trips in Florida. Don't forget about the Chocolate Factory! On the beach, the Ice Cream Trucks roll around every couple of hours; you can often rent beach loungers right in front of the hotel, paddleboarding/bike rentals/4 wheeler rentals etc are located all up and down the beach. If it's "something you wanted to do at the beach", then Daytona has it covered!
Our condo is available for special events such as Bike Week, Bikertoberfest, Long Term Winter Rentals (Call for discount), Daytona 500, Coke Zero 400, Turkey Run, in addition to regular availability. Please check our calendar. Book early, as some events fill up more than a year in advance.
